Booked at resort through MTS with Jesus Peche. He was amazing and gave us a great deal for 2 excursions. For the Chinchen It's it would of been great to spend more time in the town, but overall nice experience. Answered questions and communicated on what's app to help. Thank you Jesus!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your review. We're delighted to know that Jesús provided such attentive service and a great price for your excursions, staying available through WhatsApp to answer your questions along the way. We've taken note of your comment about wanting more time in the town during the Chichén Itzá excursion, as it helps us continue improving our tour experiences. We'll gladly share your thanks with Jesús. Thank you for your trust — we hope to see you again soon on another adventure!

Exceptional Experience at Tour to Chihican,Chichen Itza and Cenote

My experience with staff members Marcella and colleges from Amigo Tours were exceptional. The tour to the pyramids was pretty cool, got some lovely photos,as well the Chichican and cenote was another great experience. The entire tour from pickup to drop off took approximately 12 hours. There were alot of tourists on tours as well. Definitely wouldn't recommend for very little kids unless you are a stroller because its alot of walking. I would rate the experience 10 out of 10. The food on the tour was very tasty as well. Will definitely visit Mexico on the whole again.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for sharing your experience in such detail! We're delighted to hear that the tour to Chichén Itzá and the cenote, alongside Marcella and her team, was such a complete and memorable one, from the photos to the food along the way. We also appreciate your tips about the tour's logistics, they'll surely help other travelers planning this excursion. We'll be happy to share your recognition with Marcella. Thank you for your trust and for that perfect 10 rating! We hope to see you again on your next trip to Mexico

    Fun and thrilling experience

The transportation, food, and excursions were great! Definitely an awesome experience and was very thorough. The bus bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, we were able to smell it from the back of the bus the whole time. It was also a bit hard to understand the tour guides at times, but other than that, amazing! Our MTV associate, Fabian, was very nice about everything and super helpful! He was great with communication and was clear about every excursion we were considering.

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your experience. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the transportation, excursions, and overall experience. We also appreciate your constructive comments regarding the bus facilities and tour guide audio clarity, as feedback like this helps us continue improving. We're especially happy to hear that Fabian provided excellent communication and support while helping you plan your activities. We'll gladly share your recognition with him.

    Do Not Book!

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. My pickup time was 7:30 AM. I arrived at the designated pickup location at approximately 7:20 AM. There were several tour buses and vans present, and the instructions specifically stated that the guide would call my name. No one ever called my name. I showed my reservation to multiple guides and drivers at the pickup location and asked whether they were associated with my tour. Each told me they were not. Since no guide identified themselves and no one called my name as instructed, I had no way of knowing which vehicle belonged to my tour. After the tour departed, the company informed me that the guide had marked me as a no-show. I was not a no-show. I was present at the pickup location before the scheduled pickup time and actively trying to find the correct tour. The company’s pickup procedure failed, and I missed an expensive tour despite following the instructions I was given. If you book with this company, I recommend obtaining the guide’s phone number, vehicle information, and exact meeting procedure in advance rather than relying on being called by name.

Response from the operator: Hello, traveler. We deeply regret your negative experience with us. We appreciate you providing us with details about your inconvenience with the scheduling service you received. We would like to have the opportunity to correct this situation and improve our service. Please contact us directly so that we can provide you with an appropriate solution. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Best regards, Mexico Travel Solutions

Chichen Itza Guided Historical Tour with Lunch Included: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.

How much does Chichen Itza Guided Historical Tour with Lunch Included cost?

    +

Prices start at $124 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Chichen Itza Guided Historical Tour with Lunch Included take?

    +

Plan for about 12 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.

Is Chichen Itza Guided Historical Tour with Lunch Included worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 79 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 126 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Chichen Itza Guided Historical Tour with Lunch Included?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Chichen Itza Guided Historical Tour with Lunch Included suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 12-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Chichen Itza Guided Historical Tour with Lunch Included?

    +

Around 44 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 12-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Chichen Itza Guided Historical Tour with Lunch Included start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cancun?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cancun?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cancun?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
