    Amazing Tour, Unsafe Transportation Back

We took the Chichen Itza Noches de Kukulcán tour on June 21st and the excursion itself was excellent. The experience was well organized, informative, and enjoyable, and we truly had a great time throughout the tour. Unfortunately, our positive experience was overshadowed by a very serious safety issue on the return trip. The driver of our van appeared to be falling asleep behind the wheel. Multiple passengers noticed the vehicle drifting off the road repeatedly, and on more than four occasions the van left its lane and veered onto the shoulder before the driver corrected it. This was extremely frightening and placed every passenger's life at risk. There is no excuse for allowing a driver who is this fatigued to transport guests. While we appreciate the quality of the tour itself, passenger safety must come first. This situation could have easily resulted in a tragic accident. I am sharing this review because I hope management takes this matter seriously, investigates what happened, and implements measures to ensure drivers are adequately rested and fit to drive. No guest should have to fear for their safety after what should have been an enjoyable excursion.

Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the Chichén Itzá Noches de Kukulkán tour and that you found the experience well organized, informative, and enjoyable. At the same time, we are very sorry to learn about your concerns regarding the return transportation. The safety and well-being of our guests are our highest priorities, and we take comments like yours very seriously. Please be assured that we have already reviewed this situation internally and have taken the appropriate corrective actions with our transportation team to reinforce our safety protocols and operational procedures. We are committed to ensuring that all of our drivers are fit to operate our vehicles safely and that our guests can travel with confidence. We sincerely appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention, as feedback like yours helps us continue improving our service. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and provide you with the safe and exceptional experience that we strive to deliver. Warm regards

Wheelchair friendly, Amazing and knowledgeable people

Erik, Gabino y Toledo did their ultimate best to help my partner in his wheelchair. Erik carried the wheelchair, Toldedo supported him on ramps and even helped him all the way down to the cenote. Erik cracked jokes with him during the stops and made “pan de elote” a yummy recommendation. They definitely made the experience fun, knowledgeable, a experience I’ll never forget thanks to those 3 individuals. I even recommend to call their personal company “Tour Sauste” and look at the other tours they offer. They were the only company kind enough to help me without asking. I recommend with no hesitation!!!

Response from the operator: Hello Miss Lupita, We are glad to know that you and your family enjoyed the activities, we always seek that our clients enjoy at the same level and it is a pleasure to know that our staff is complying. We hope you come back soon!

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 12-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cancun?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
