No bus, wrong meeting point, zero communication, and no refund. Complete scam. Totally unacceptable.

They didn’t show up to the pick up point communication was terrible they tried to give me an alternative pickup point that wasn’t in the reservation and then declined my refund request very unprofessional and unorganized

Response from the operator: You were in an airbnb and the product state pick ups in airbnbs are in meeting point.

    - Seems like there is no...

    - Seems like there is no communication between tour operators and management as when you sell something its seems tempting and you experienced completely opposite of what you expect. - ticket was sold me with all inclusive and during our experience drinks and lunch box were taken out from our package. - when i talked to our tour operators in cancun on WhatsApp, instead of making it up to us, it was nothing more than an arguments and headaches. - Tour operators on the other hand were super nice and supportive about everything.

Response from the operator: We regret to inform you that, according to your booking details, drinks and a box lunch were not included in the ticket you purchased. The package selected corresponds to our basic option, which does not include these services. Food and beverages are only included in our all-inclusive package, which was available at the time of booking. We kindly ask you to review your reservation details for full clarity. Should you wish to upgrade to an all-inclusive experience on a future booking, our team will be happy to assist you.

    TERRIBLE!!

Paid for this tour in advance, 3 people at $95 each. Printed out paperwork to take along to have proof. Tour director would not accept! Went round and round with him and on phone with company. He finally told me to take my business elsewhere! Stranded 40 miles from resort and no tour! Still waiting for refund. SHAMELESS COMPANY!! AVOID

Response from the operator: Dear Robert in the coupon state this balance were you had a balnce due

    Long day but good experience

The ride was longer than expected and I thought we had signed up for a private tour. Our guide Ricardo was very knowledgeable

Response from the operator: We are very happy to know that we made your vacation an unforgettable moment, we will share your comments with our entire team and we will continue working to offer the quality you deserve. We would love to be your hosts again in the future. Kind regards Alejandro Santiago

Chichen Itzá Full-Day Tour with Cenote Experience and Meals: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.

How much does Chichen Itzá Full-Day Tour with Cenote Experience and Meals cost?

    +

Prices start at $49 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Chichen Itzá Full-Day Tour with Cenote Experience and Meals take?

    +

Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.

Is Chichen Itzá Full-Day Tour with Cenote Experience and Meals worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 43 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (2.4/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Chichen Itzá Full-Day Tour with Cenote Experience and Meals?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Chichen Itzá Full-Day Tour with Cenote Experience and Meals suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Chichen Itzá Full-Day Tour with Cenote Experience and Meals?

    +

Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Chichen Itzá Full-Day Tour with Cenote Experience and Meals start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cancun?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cancun?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cancun?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
