Perfect! Tonatiuh Cruz is amazing!
We were able to get private transportation to our resort and back with no issues. Tonatiuh Cruz, from the Call Center was tremendously helpful and great. He ensured I had everything I needed and was prepared for drop off and pickup and even for additional services such as excursions. When coming to Cancun, I will continue to use MTS.

Mexico Travel Solutions Scam
BEWARE! Do not use this company Mexico Travel Solutions (Sunnys)for your transfers from Cancuun. We booked them for March 10th and they called us on March 9th giving us 2 hours to upgrade $150 US or our 40 minute transfer would now be 4+ hours (Extortion). We then canceled within the 24 hour timeliness but MTS are refusing to refund us. We were much happier booking with Meetplaya Transfers and Tours but still have not had any response from MTS It has been over a month and no refund. Mexico Travel Solutions emailed us saying we were labled a No Show. Lies we were there on the day that MTS tried to Extort more money from us but we found a reputable company(Meetplaya). When we didn't play their game they ignored our refund request and created a lie. Their response is not true, all proof and screen shots were sent to their complaint department without any response. BEWARE! No refund for you!
