Overall good experience....
Overall good experience. The good: reasonable price for airport transfer, especially for a large group of 11. The staff was very friendly, and the vehicles were clean and roomy. Upon making the reservation I was contacted with information on where to meet our coordinator/driver, who was waiting for us when we landed, which was nice cause we didn't have to wait long to be picked up. Room for improvement: We were dropped off at the wrong hotel - and for our return trip the driver again went to the wrong hotel. We stayed at Sandos PlayaCar and I made sure to enter the hotel address as requested when I first made the reservation. During our pick up I overheard the driver and the coordinator refer to the hotel as "Sandos PlayaCar Palace." At the time I didn't think much of it because Sandos PlayaCar Place wasn't listed on the Sandos website so I assumed it was also known as such, however when we were dropped off and attempted to check-in the hotel staff pointed out we were at the wrong property. I contacted the number provided to the agency, and they were able to have the driver pick us up, but unfortunately had to wait over 15 minutes for him to arrive. For our return trip we waited for an hour as the driver had gone to Sandos PlayaCar Palace to pick us up. The agency was in contact with me during the time, but when I talked to the driver he told me he wasn't given my phone number so any communication he had to make was made with the agency, who would then reach out to me. The overall experience was good and will definitely use again if I ever return to Cancun

On time and less costly...
On time and less costly than other services The guy was waiting for me at the time I asked to be picked up from the airport. They do not check the flight eta so allow time to go through customs and get your case.

The best shuttle for Cancun
The price was far better than seeking a cab or another shuttle once I arrived. Communication started once I landed and was easy to meet up with the person who coordinated our ride to the hotel. I would absolutely book this again.
