Unfortunate
Pickup at airport went well. Pleasant staff. Unfortunately, the night before my trip ending they confirmed my hotel pick up and transfer to airport and decided to send two different amounts of extra charges due to me leaving to airport before 8am. They had my information since I booked in May and could have sent this in my invoice not the night before not 2 different amounts. I found it sketchy. I didn't use their return service they did issue a partial refund. I had to last minute look for another way to airport.

Very disappointed with...
Very disappointed with this company. We booked our transportation months in advance for our trip to CUN and provided our complete travel itinerary at the time of booking. We expected the pickup time to be arranged accordingly based on our flight details. Instead, we were only contacted one day before our departure, with just a few hours’ notice, and told that we would need to pay an additional fee if we wanted an earlier pickup time because the earliest time they could offer was 8:00 AM. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially since we provided our flight information months in advance. We are now cutting it dangerously close to our flight departure, and we are still waiting to be picked up from our hotel. The lack of communication and poor planning has caused unnecessary stress at the end of what should have been a relaxing trip. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.

No-stress easy to book transportation.
Excellent communication from arrival. The agent contacted me as soon as we arrived and led us to our transport. Even though I booked a shared ride, in both journeys to and from the airport we were the only travelers. Return ride was easy to confirm via web and WhatsApp messaged. Yamevi made my transfers stress-free and a at a reasonable price.
