Deceiptful listing and poor service
I would rate this one star if I could. The trip was to include a pass by the Nautical Corridor then on to Chileno Bay Los Cabos for snorkeling. Then there was to be another stop at Santa Maria Beach...we never got there. The captain, Omar, never said anything about the conditions, he just kept circling the bay. I asked why weren't going to the other locations he just said that the conditions were too poor to go but said we could if we wanted to sit on the boat for a very long time. I mean, that was kind of the purpose and they just denied and and tried to talk us out of it. They knew the conditions well ahead and the cancellation policy states "This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund." That never happened and we would have preferred that to circling the bay inhaling boat exhaust and gasoline for thee hours. The trip was absolutely horrible with people who know nothing and really were not aware of safety. They require tourists who know less. Viator is a system that shady operators use to hide behind so that there is no clear record of their reputation - the counter we first went to were operating charters under various names. There's no way to track down who they really are and Viator supports this practice. Very disappointed and I know I'm not getting my money back.

Birthday Yacht Day
My wife and I celebrated our birthdays! The yacht was very clean and spacious! Plenty of room to relax in both the front and back of the boat! Snorkeling was fun, and the flotation device too! The guides were incredible! They hung a birthday banner, played a birthday song, and had shots for us when we arrived! The shrimp ceviche and guacamole were super fresh and delicious! The margaritas too! Definitely a 5 star experience! We would definitely book with them again!

Excellent service and fun
We had a grip of 5. I had a few question prior to booking . They communicated very well and answered all my questions promptly. The crew was awesome. Very attentive and cheerful. We cruised and snorkeled. They served a full lunch with ceviche, guacamole, pico, and some of the best steak and chicken fajitas ever!!
Response from the operator: Hello Reggie, Thank you so much for the fantastic review! We are thrilled to hear that our team made your pre-booking process smooth with quick communication. It's awesome to know your group of 5 had such a great time cruising, snorkeling, and that our crew took such cheerful care of you. And we love hearing that the ceviche, guac, and fajitas hit the spot! We truly appreciate you choosing us, and we can't wait to welcome you all back on board for another delicious and fun day on the water in Cabo!

Why this scores 66
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Cabo San Lucas Private Yacht Cruise: Lunch, Drinks and Snorkeling: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Los Cabos.
How much does Cabo San Lucas Private Yacht Cruise: Lunch, Drinks and Snorkeling cost?
+
Prices start at $899 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Los Cabos usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Cabo San Lucas Private Yacht Cruise: Lunch, Drinks and Snorkeling take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Los Cabos is not rushed.
Is Cabo San Lucas Private Yacht Cruise: Lunch, Drinks and Snorkeling worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 66 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 64 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Los Cabos, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Cabo San Lucas Private Yacht Cruise: Lunch, Drinks and Snorkeling?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Cabo San Lucas Private Yacht Cruise: Lunch, Drinks and Snorkeling suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Cabo San Lucas Private Yacht Cruise: Lunch, Drinks and Snorkeling?
+
Around 22 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Los Cabos can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Los Cabos and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Cabo San Lucas Private Yacht Cruise: Lunch, Drinks and Snorkeling start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Los Cabos within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Los Cabos?
+
On Outty we rank every Los Cabos experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Cabo 4x4 ATV Tour with Tequila Tasting and Mexican Buffet Lunch, Ziplining and UTV Desert Adventure from Los Cabos, Cabo Beach Camel Ride, Mexican Buffet and Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Los Cabos?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Los Cabos?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
