Wonderful snorkeling experience
We had the best day seeing all the sights and snorkeling amongst fantastic sea life. Our guide Kosta was wonderful and this was a highlight of our trip
Response from the operator: We're so happy to hear your snorkeling tour was one of the highlights of your trip! We're delighted you enjoyed the beauty of our reefs and Cabo's incredible marine life. Thank you for your recommendation, and we look forward to seeing you again on your next visit.

Manta Dive: unprofessional, poor quality gear, bad experience
Little effort was made to educate the 4 snorkelers about the marine life we might see other than to pass us a laminated page with fish pictures on it after the excursion finished. Bad quality mask was basically unusable when tried on 2 different people while in the water-kept leaking water. Made the experience very unpleasant and the dive master couldn't be bothered to help much. The dive master didn't keep track of the group enough to notice when 2 out of the 4 were far behind (due to mask troubles). Generally he was totally unenthusiastic. After the snorkeling was done we were heading back to the dock when we were told we needed to turn around to meet up with another sister boat to retrieve something. The captain HIT the other boat hard when we reached it. Didn't say anything. Seemed cool with it. Totally unprofessional. Worst snorkeling experience I have ever had. Avoid. Would never trust this dive shop with a scuba excursion.

This is THE Cabo snorkeling tour!
Amazing staff, great snorkeling venue (saw more fish than I can recall with any other snorkeling tour), and attentive treatment made this tour a clear MUST DO for family visitors to Cabo. Our guide, Polo, helped us really enjoy our time in the water and was extraordinarily knowledgeable and patient. The equipment was up to date and clean. A terrific value for money as well. For snorkeling in Cabo - this is the ONE!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your amazing review! We're thrilled to hear you had such a special experience and got to enjoy Cabo's incredible marine life. We strive to provide safe, fun, and top-quality tours for the whole family. We hope to welcome you back very soon!

It was a fantastic...
It was a fantastic experience! From the boat, we were able to see sea lions, pelicans, and El Arco. We also went snorkeling and saw an incredible variety of fish up close. Our guide, Kosta, was very attentive and provided excellent guidance throughout the tour. He was also kind enough to take photos for us, which made the experience even more memorable.
Response from the operator: We're so happy to hear you had such a fantastic experience! We're glad you enjoyed the snorkeling, the incredible variety of fish, and Cabo’s iconic scenery. Thank you for your kind words, and we hope to welcome you back for another ocean adventure!

Why this scores 79
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Cabo San Lucas Short Snorkeling Tour with Divemaster Guide: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Los Cabos.
How much does Cabo San Lucas Short Snorkeling Tour with Divemaster Guide cost?
+
Prices start at $70 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Los Cabos usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Cabo San Lucas Short Snorkeling Tour with Divemaster Guide take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Los Cabos is not rushed.
Is Cabo San Lucas Short Snorkeling Tour with Divemaster Guide worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 79 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 191 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Los Cabos, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Cabo San Lucas Short Snorkeling Tour with Divemaster Guide?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Cabo San Lucas Short Snorkeling Tour with Divemaster Guide suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Cabo San Lucas Short Snorkeling Tour with Divemaster Guide?
+
Around 67 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Los Cabos can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Los Cabos and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Cabo San Lucas Short Snorkeling Tour with Divemaster Guide start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Los Cabos within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Los Cabos?
+
On Outty we rank every Los Cabos experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Ziplining and UTV Desert Adventure from Los Cabos, Cabo 4x4 ATV Tour with Tequila Tasting and Mexican Buffet Lunch, Cabo Beach Camel Ride, Mexican Buffet and Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Los Cabos?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Los Cabos?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
