Not very customer friendly.
No seating for customers. Lacking signage, and uncoordinated venue. No refund of unused vouchers, error on hotel pickup. There were other people so they weren’t out money. But I am out almost $100. No refund for unused vouchers.

On the day of the transfer, our staff contacted you, located you at the meeting point and assisted you personally. During this interaction, we discovered that you had also made a separate reservation with another operator for a transfer service. Our staff helped clarify the situation, and you then decided to use the other operator's service instead of the bus transfer you had booked with us. We would therefore like to emphasize that our service was available and ready to operate as booked, and your seats had been reserved specifically for you. The decision to use another operator was made after our staff had already assisted you at the meeting point. Regarding the refund, our cancellation policy clearly states the applicable conditions. As the cancellation occurred after the service had already been organized and your seats could no longer be offered to other passengers, we were unable to issue a refund. We are always committed to providing a reliable service and assisting our customers whenever needed, and we are sorry that this situation led to a disappointing experience. Not happy with the company!
Due to flight cancellations I had to leave on an earlier flight. I tried to reach the company the night before. They only have one departure time so I requested a refund. Within 24 hr cancellation period but not my fault flights changed. I’m sure they filled my seats on the bus, many cruise ships in port. Disappointed the company wouldn’t work with me. Would not recommend.

Safe, quick, and comfortable!
When booking this transportation option, I noticed it was about 75% of the cost of taking the trains, but without a transfer, we had air conditioning, AND it was much faster. I was a little nervous about a bus, because we had large and heavy luggage, but I figured it was worth a try - glad I did!! There was a free shuttle to the pickup location from our boat - or a 16 Euro shuttle to the wrong place (within walking distance). At the location provided, we went to the purple OYO booth (as directed and listed in the photo), but it was empty (we were *really* early). About an hour before our pickup, while we were relaxing on benches nearby, the coordinator called us using WhatsApp and said that we weren't taking a bus anymore, but were upgraded to a shared van. If we had booked it directly, that option would have been almost 8 times as expensive, so we were happy (although a little sad about the lack of wifi). The van driver left on time (which would not have happened in a bus), switched to a car that was larger, picked up the other family, and we were transported to the airport in a safe and timely manner. This was a safe, smooth, and positive experience during a time when we were bummed that we were ending vacation. We had a wonderful experience and we are thrilled we chose this company for our cruise to airport transportation ☺️

Easy ride to the Rome airport
Getting to the meeting point required taking the port shuttle bus to Largo Della Pace. To get to the bus stop, upon exiting the terminal, turn hard left and walk a short distance to where you see the waiting busses. Different crowd lines going different places so make sure you are in correct waiting line. At Largo, the check-in office was easy to find. The attendant was expecting us and directed us to our meeting point to wait for the bus. Comfortable ride back to the airport.
