Civita Tours - Horrible!
The most horrible experience ever! They were supposed to have a ride ready at a particular time. We arrived on time, but when we had asked about the bus service needed, they then claimed we were late. Then they asked for more money for the next bus out. It came off as a scam because the next bus left late and the original left early. Stay away - stay far away from this service company as they are scammers!

According to our records, you did not arrive on time for your scheduled departure. Arriving 5 or 10 minutes after the agreed departure time is not arriving on time—it is arriving late. Our buses operate on a fixed schedule out of respect for all passengers who arrive punctually, and we cannot delay a departure because one customer has not arrived. While we do offer later departures, purchasing a ticket for a specific departure does not entitle passengers who miss it to board a later service free of charge. Those are separate scheduled services with their own capacity and reservations. We understand that missing a departure is frustrating, but this situation was not caused by our company. For that reason, we cannot accept responsibility or provide complimentary transportation on a different service. We reject the suggestion that this was a scam. Our departure schedules and ticket conditions are clearly communicated, and we strive to provide a fair and reliable service to every passenger. We wish you safe travels and all the best.

Saved some $, but not sure it was worth it
Took this bus from cruise ship to FCO airport. It was cheaper than cruise line bus, Had to move luggage from ship on shuttle to bus stop, and wait for bus. Was cheaper but not sure worth the savings.

Did not pickup. Spent $175 for taxi to Rome Airport. Wasted $ on bus ride. We got to airport on time from Cruise Port
Bus didn’t wait for ten minutes. We found Taxi from Cruise terminal to Rome airport for $175. Fortunately we made it.

As stated in our service conditions, the bus can wait a maximum of 10 minutes beyond the scheduled departure time. Unfortunately, as you arrived after this grace period, the driver was unable to wait any longer out of respect for the other passengers who had arrived on time and were already on board. We understand the inconvenience this caused and regret that you had to arrange alternative transportation.
