An Exceptional Full Day Tour of Athens
We were three couples travelling together. This was a great way to spend a full day exploring the highlights of Athens. We had Kostas as our driver/guide and he was extremely knowledgeable and personable, and was exceptional in the service he provided. He went above and beyond with taking us to additional stops, providing his knowledge of Athens.

Spectacular and Exceptional Tour from Theodore and Exceptional Tours Greece
My wife and I highly recommend Exceptional Tours in Athens Greece. The owner Theodore Athanasiadis provides exceptional service. It’s not just a company name. It’s how he does business. We are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and had planned some special tours to accent our celebration. We had our plans change on short notice and needed to schedule a tour of the Athenian Agora and Ancient Corinth. Theodore was very understanding and accommodating. He provided all of the details for the trip at a reasonable price and he even surprised us by planning in some extras. We had specific locations we wanted to see to follow the footsteps of the Apostle Paul and provided a list of those locations to Theodore. He reviewed our list and, on the day of our tour, added an additional location at the port of Cenchrea, which we didn’t have on our list, but where the apostle Paul left to go to Ephesus. He also brought us to the Church of Saint Paul that we weren’t aware of, so he added tremendous value. He was courteous, tremendously knowledgeable, professional and did everything he could to make our tour special and memorable. He also surprised us when we asked who our driver would be. He drove us himself!!! The vehicle was an immaculate Mercedes van. Not only did he provide us with water but when it started to rain he also provided us with 2 umbrellas. We were so pleased and impressed. Theodore and Exceptional Tours is everything you want in a tour company, whether you are looking for a private driver or a planned tour. Theodore came highly recommended to us and now we can highly recommend Theodore as well for any tours that you’re looking for in Athens Greece, and around the rest of Greece as well.

Great experience all the way around. Booking was easy Theodore responded quickly to all questions and helped with some last min changes. Kostos our driver was fantastic!! Met us at cruise ship and was so warm knowledgeable and accommodating . Our tour guide Yianmitos made the day special

If I could give 100 stars I would!!! Truly exceptional!
From beginning to end, our experience was absolutely exceptional. Theodore organized three incredible days of tours for us, complete with fabulous private tour guides and seamless transfers to and from the airport. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and his communication was top-notch. We always knew exactly what to expect, where to be, and when — everything was flawless. And then there was our driver, Kostos, who truly became like family during our time together. He was incredibly kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making our experience special. Along the way, he shared so many wonderful nuggets of information about Greece that we never would have learned on our own. Kostos was always on time, knew exactly where to take us, and somehow found the absolute best drop-off and pick-up points everywhere we went. He consistently went above and beyond to make every day easy, comfortable, and memorable. This wasn’t simply transportation and tours — it felt like having wonderful local friends taking care of us every step of the way. Theodore, Kostos, and the entire team exceeded every expectation. Our time in Greece was made so much more special because of them, and I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Truly, if I could give them 100 stars, I would!
