Bad Experience
Very below average Hammam experience. Not relaxing, feels chaotic. Facilities also felt dirty. Rushed to massage room last 10minutes and put on what felt like an unsanitary massage table. Avoid this place
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to read that your experience did not feel relaxing, as creating a calm and well-organised environment is precisely our intention. The hammam is a shared space, and while capacity is always controlled, we understand that at certain moments it may feel busier than expected. Regarding cleanliness, our facilities and massage tables are cleaned and sanitised thoroughly between each use following strict hygiene protocols. We take this aspect very seriously, so we regret that your perception was otherwise and will review what may have occurred. We appreciate you taking the time to share your opinion.

half hours or 30 minus for massage is recommended not 15 minutes and 90 minutes duration baththrough civitatis web site
15 minutes massage is not recommended at least you need half hour, due to the procedure and protocol for hot pool and movement people inside the bathrooms and space area. and 90 minutes duration bath through civitatis web site
Response from the operator: Hello, Thank you very much for your comment. All sessions last one hour and 30 minutes. You can also book a longer session through our website if you wish. You only need to book two consecutive sessions, and you'll have more time to enjoy the bath and longer massage. We hope to welcome you back soon for another hammam experience in Madrid! Best regards.

Perfect little spa pit stop
Second visit to this amazing place! Just as beautiful as I remember, very clean, calm and quiet. Perfect for a pit stop on a city break to rest your legs! My friend and I did the body scrub and massage, which was bliss. The magic they do with the water is mesmerizing. It has a very romantic setting and the tea is lush. Tips for ladies: they have lovely products to help you get dressed after with ghd hair drier and straighteners, as well as creams and sanitary products. Only thing that is disappointing is the showers after, you cannot control the temperature so goes from freezing to scolding in one shot. Also you have to keep pressing the button. I have long thick hair so was horrible after washing my hair. Towels could also be upgraded, after the experience you want a nice big fluffy towel.
Response from the operator: Hi Lucy, First of all, thank you for taking the time to leave your review and for your assessment of our services and overall experience. I'll forward your comments about the showers and towel to our Quality Assurance department so they can review what might have happened during your visit. We hope to see you again and hope everything is perfect this time. Best regards.

Perfection
It was the best thing I gifted myself after an overseas flight. Very welcoming staff. They transfer you to many centuries back when they pamper you with warm towels, mint tea and rose oils. Locker room is very safe for your belongings with keypad locks. Pools varies from cold to warm to hot with steam room and you can alternate as you please. Followed by a perfect massage (if you book it). Tea room and hot stone benches for you to relax and just absorb the luxury. Great experience.
Response from the operator: Hello, First of all, thank you for the detailed review and that you value everything we make available to our users to be able to offer an experience like the one you describe. Come back whenever you want. All the best.

A calm experience in the city, very tranquil
No photos allowed, so I can't show pictures. A relaxing experience. There are not many different stations, but there are some beautiful and peaceful warm pools.
Response from the operator: Hello, first of all, thank you for taking the time to leave your comment and for evaluating the experience positively. We do not allow photos to be taken inside to protect the privacy of our users. Come back whenever you want.

Arabian Baths and 15 min massage at Madrid's Hammam Al Ándalus: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Madrid.
How much does Arabian Baths and 15 min massage at Madrid's Hammam Al Ándalus cost?
+
Prices start at $70 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Madrid usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Arabian Baths and 15 min massage at Madrid's Hammam Al Ándalus take?
+
Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Madrid is not rushed.
Is Arabian Baths and 15 min massage at Madrid's Hammam Al Ándalus worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 37 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 59 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Madrid, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Arabian Baths and 15 min massage at Madrid's Hammam Al Ándalus?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Arabian Baths and 15 min massage at Madrid's Hammam Al Ándalus suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Arabian Baths and 15 min massage at Madrid's Hammam Al Ándalus?
+
Around 21 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Madrid can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Madrid and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Arabian Baths and 15 min massage at Madrid's Hammam Al Ándalus start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Madrid within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Madrid?
+
On Outty we rank every Madrid experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Madrid Essential: Historic Center, Plaza Mayor & Royal Palace, Madrid Walking Tour from Puerta del Sol to Retiro Park, Madrid Oscuro: Torture, Ghosts, Crimes and Legends. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Madrid?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Madrid?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
