Brilliant experience!
WE did this experience on the morning that we left Madrid - what an amazing way to end our holiday! Amazing massage and relaxing baths - Highly recommended!!
Response from the operator: Dear Helen, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear you had such a wonderful experience at our Hammam in Madrid Plaza Mayor. We appreciate your recommendation and we look forward to welcoming you back soon!

Wouldn’t go again for the cost
It was an interesting experience. We weren’t given instructions to not take phones until we instructed it is “forbidden” along with talking. Once taking our phones back upstairs a group of people with 6 children entered screaming, doing backflips and cause havoc. I wouldn’t have had a problem with it hadn’t we been told we were forbidden to speak but the children were incredibly loud so found that contradictory to what we as adults were told. Made the relaxation difficult. Had a 3 hour booking and stayed for 1 hour and 30 minutes due to the noise. One staff member was also quite rude. Asked for a back massage only and got a light body full body massage.
Response from the operator: Dear Morgan, Thank you for your review. We are glad to hear that you found the experience interesting overall. At Hammam, we strive to create an atmosphere of deep relaxation and serenity for all our guests. For this reason, maintaining silence is a core part of the experience, and we kindly ask both adults and children to respect this essential element. We apologize if at any point our staff was unable to control people who were speaking loudly. We are sorry to hear that the tone of the communication felt unfriendly, that is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we will address this with our team to ensure future interactions are handled with more care and empathy. Your feedback helps us improve. We hope to have the chance to welcome you again and provide a more satisfying experience next time. Best regards.

Relax & unwind in Madrid
This was a very special treat after a long travel day. An excellent way to escape a busy city to relax and unwind. The pools were wonderful contrasting with the steam room and cold plunge pool. The 45 minute massage was wonderful and made the visit even better. Highly recommended.
Response from the operator: Hello Clint_P, Thank you very much for the comment about your experience. Our Hammam is a peaceful place for relaxation. We appreciate the good description about our facilities and we are glad that you enjoyed your MIMMA45 service. We look forward to welcoming you back soon! Kind regards.

Nice baths
Nice facility but they don't let you wear anything on your feet and they doin't provide any. I didn't like walking around with bear feet on wet slippery tile.
Response from the operator: Hello Karen, First of all, thank you for taking the time to leave your comment and your feedback about your experience. Our facilities are continuously sanitized to ensure they are fully disinfected, allowing people to walk barefoot inside. The entry of outdoor footwear can disrupt this balance, which is why we limit access with such footwear. We provide disposable latex shoe covers (free of charge) that you can request during your next visit. Best regards,

Hot and cold on this one
Staff are charming, massage was brilliant but putting cold togs on after a massage was awful and the towels provided no comfort being like cotton tea towels. This and the tummy bug that followed over shadowed the beauty of the location.
Response from the operator: Good morning Annabelle, First of all, thank you for taking the time to leave your comment and that you value our staff and the quality of our massages so positively. I will forward your comment to our quality department in order to continue improving. Best regards

Why this scores 41
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Arabian Baths Experience at Madrid's Hammam Al Ándalus with 45 minutes massage: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Madrid.
How much does Arabian Baths Experience at Madrid's Hammam Al Ándalus with 45 minutes massage cost?
+
Prices start at $100 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Madrid usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Arabian Baths Experience at Madrid's Hammam Al Ándalus with 45 minutes massage take?
+
Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Madrid is not rushed.
Is Arabian Baths Experience at Madrid's Hammam Al Ándalus with 45 minutes massage worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 41 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 110 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Madrid, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Arabian Baths Experience at Madrid's Hammam Al Ándalus with 45 minutes massage?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Arabian Baths Experience at Madrid's Hammam Al Ándalus with 45 minutes massage suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Arabian Baths Experience at Madrid's Hammam Al Ándalus with 45 minutes massage?
+
Around 39 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Madrid can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Madrid and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Arabian Baths Experience at Madrid's Hammam Al Ándalus with 45 minutes massage start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Madrid within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Madrid?
+
On Outty we rank every Madrid experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Madrid Essential: Historic Center, Plaza Mayor & Royal Palace, Madrid Walking Tour from Puerta del Sol to Retiro Park, Madrid Oscuro: Torture, Ghosts, Crimes and Legends. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Madrid?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Madrid?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
