Great trip by speedboat
Speedboat trip to the National Park was fast and fun. Well organised, friendly crew. Lunch on the beach was delicious (only our Boat on this beach) Kayaking was fun but short. Would have loved more time in kayaks. Would reccomend though.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your great review. We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the speedboat trip to the National Park and had fun with the kayaking. We truly value your feedback, and we’ll take note of your suggestion for more time in the kayaks for future tours. Thank you for recommending the experience, and we hope to welcome you again for another amazing adventure. Best Regards Tawan Oh-Hoo Team

Beautiful trip and excellent guides
Great Trip. Guides were excellent. The food was subpar. The kayak was nice. Bring snacks. Water is provided throughout the whole trip.

Beautiful locations, but average tour experience
Stunning locations, but unfortunately the tour was average at best. Think we had been blessed up to this point of our travels around Thailand with extremely well managed tours, and guides who went out of their way to make sure you were informed and had a great time. This was not that… Crammed into the speedboat - approx 70-80 people (some stuck at the front with no shelter from the sun or spray), and simply taken from crowded location to crowded location. Snorkelling was a small bay with hundreds of people jostling in the water and trying to dodge the speedboats cruising through the middle of them. The lagoon was beautiful, but you were part of a huge conveyor of people making their way up and down the steps… I think the reality is that the Marine Park is a victim of its own success…and that as another visitor, you’re part of the problem. A shame, as it’s undoubtedly beautiful.
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for sharing your thoughtful feedback. We’re truly glad to hear that you found the locations stunning, as the natural beauty of the area is something we are very proud to share. At the same time, we sincerely regret that the overall experience did not meet your expectations. We understand your concerns regarding crowd levels, seating comfort, and the snorkeling environment, and we’re very sorry for any discomfort this caused. Your comments about guide engagement and overall tour management are especially valuable, and we will certainly take them into consideration as we continue working to improve our service. We hope that despite these difficulties, you were still able to enjoy some of the incredible scenery, and we would welcome the opportunity to provide you with a more enjoyable experience in the future. Best Regards, Oh-Hoo Team

Beautiful Ang Thong
The park was breathtaking, but the hike up one of the peaks is not for the faint of heart. Go see it, if you get the chance.

Good day out
Had a good day out, boat wasn’t packed out so plenty of room. Dinner was good and plentiful. Bottled water included all day which was kept cool. Guys on the boat were good and informative. Stops included snorkelling, hiking to view points and kayaking, or time to chill on beach if preferred. Enjoyable day.

Angthong National Marine Park Trip By Speedboat From Koh Samui: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Koh Samui.
How much does Angthong National Marine Park Trip By Speedboat From Koh Samui cost?
+
Prices start at $1800 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Koh Samui usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Angthong National Marine Park Trip By Speedboat From Koh Samui take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Koh Samui is not rushed.
Is Angthong National Marine Park Trip By Speedboat From Koh Samui worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.4/5 across 17 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Koh Samui, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Angthong National Marine Park Trip By Speedboat From Koh Samui?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Angthong National Marine Park Trip By Speedboat From Koh Samui suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Angthong National Marine Park Trip By Speedboat From Koh Samui?
+
Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Koh Samui can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Koh Samui and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Angthong National Marine Park Trip By Speedboat From Koh Samui start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Koh Samui within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Koh Samui?
+
On Outty we rank every Koh Samui experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Angthong National Marine Park VIP Small Group Tour, Cooking Class in Koh Samui with Micro Organic Garden, Half Day Elephant Home Sanctuary in Samui. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Koh Samui?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Koh Samui?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
