Not a good tour.
Disappointing. Did not explain the visits. Did not provide information on the destinations. They discouraged us not to go to the mountains and see that area as there was no water but had no alternative plan. The driver was curt with us, spoke English but not to us. The guide and driver spoke to each other throughout most of the trip and we felt like tag alongs. The guide and driver were in their cel phone not related to the trip. We wish we had booked with another tour company.
Response from the operator: Dear Gail Groy, Please accept our apologies for your disappointed experience caused on you! We would definitely send your feedback to both of tour guide and driver because it does not meet our services standard from your feedback. Actually, the driver on your day was "Mr.Wat" who was frequently received a very good review from our mutual customers. However, your review is always worth for us to keep improving the better service to our customers. Best regards, Jiggy

Efficient way to view the important landmarks
The 3 of us, mom, dad and a 21 year old son went on this sightseeing tour. The guide, Nong, was on time, spoke good English. The mini van was clean and comfortable. The tour was customized for our needs. Knowledgeable and friendly guide. They call d 30 min before lunch to make sure the restaurant was ready to receive us. We felt VIP.

Amazing
This trip was a highlight of our holiday. Our guide Nong was brilliant, incredibly kind, knowledgeable and hospitable. The sights and the lunch were all amazing and I loved having Nong explain to us the history of the temples. I highly recommend doing the private tour to really take it all in. Our driver was also fantastic, very polite and accommodating.

How long does Private - 6 Hour Best of Sightseeing Tour in Koh Samui with Lunch take?
+

Is Private - 6 Hour Best of Sightseeing Tour in Koh Samui with Lunch worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 87 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 156 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most highly reviewed in Koh Samui, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private - 6 Hour Best of Sightseeing Tour in Koh Samui with Lunch?
+

Is Private - 6 Hour Best of Sightseeing Tour in Koh Samui with Lunch suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private - 6 Hour Best of Sightseeing Tour in Koh Samui with Lunch?
+
Around 55 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Koh Samui can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Koh Samui and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private - 6 Hour Best of Sightseeing Tour in Koh Samui with Lunch start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Koh Samui within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Koh Samui?
+
On Outty we rank every Koh Samui experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Angthong National Marine Park VIP Small Group Tour, Cooking Class in Koh Samui with Micro Organic Garden, Half Day Elephant Home Sanctuary in Samui. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Koh Samui?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Koh Samui?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
