Entry tickets for Nasrid palace and Alhambra, YES this is valid
It is a nice loophole to get tickets (although about 3 times as expensive) for the Nasrid palace and the Alhambra. They are really worth a visit to see the inside! Some pointers for the organization and other travelers: - the digital ticket you receive is your entrance ticket for the Alhambra visit. You do NOT have to go anywhere else to get a ticket, and you do NOT have to be anywhere one hour beforehand. At the Welcome Information Centre (address provided on the ticket) they will not give you a ticket or any other information, as they are a different organization. - DO bring your passport, because in many places in the Alhambra that is your entrance verification. - I have no clue what the train part was about. I guess it is the tourist train in Granada itself, that you have/can get tickets for with the entrance/voucher you have. There is however NO mention of it on the ticket, NOR in the email, NOR in the advertisement about HOW you should find or enter the tourist train. So for the Viator organization: please include this information, so future travelers know how to use what they bought and paid for.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your detailed feedback! We’re really glad you enjoyed the Alhambra and Nasrid Palaces. We especially appreciate your helpful comments about the digital tickets, passport requirements, and tourist train information. We’ll review these points to make the instructions clearer for future travelers. Thank you for helping us improve!

Goog choice for last minute Alhambra
The tickets arrived successfully, although the time slot for the Nasrid Palaces was slightly different from the one we selected. However, this was clearly mentioned in the description when booking. The great thing is that you can enter the Alhambra complex from the morning and spend the time exploring other areas before your scheduled entry to the Nasrid Palaces. The entire complex is huge, and you really need most of the day to see everything properly. The price was higher than on the official website, but our trip was a last-minute decision, so this was a good option for getting last-minute tickets to the Alhambra. In my opinion, the Nasrid Palaces were by far the highlight and the part most worth seeing. Without access to this attraction, I don’t think the ticket would have been worth the price.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your detailed review! We’re glad the tickets arrived successfully and that you enjoyed exploring the Alhambra complex. We’re especially happy that you found the Nasrid Palaces to be the highlight of your visit. As mentioned in the booking description, Nasrid Palace times can vary depending on last-minute availability. We appreciate your understanding and are pleased that our last-minute ticket service helped make your visit possible. Thank you for choosing us!

Fraudulent
I am very upset with how they manage everything, in my opinion, very poorly. I was not able to enjoy the activity because of the time they gave me on the ticket, with a 7-hour difference from the reservation I made. My reservation was for 12:30 PM since I had my return flight at 9:00 PM, and they sent me the tickets for 7:00 PM with a 7-hour difference, which I found scandalous. Even knowing that I was not able to enjoy the tickets, they did not want to refund me at least 50% of what I paid, and I find it very unfair. I will not buy absolutely anything from you again, and I do not recommend it at all.

Last-minute chance to secure Alhambra (incl. Nasrid Palaces) tickets
Since the tickets for the Alhambra were sold out weeks in advance, this was the only chance to still get tickets on short notice. The conditions were clear to us: no tour guide, significantly more expensive than regular tickets (though I find the price fair given the last-minute nature of the event), and a certain flexibility regarding entry into the Nasrid Palaces. There are completely different providers that sometimes want over €100 for admission, sometimes €250 with a tour guide. But I think something like that is a rip-off! Even though the entry time for the Nasrid Palaces ended up being significantly later for us than we had hoped, we were still happy to get in at all. The tickets arrived at midnight on the eve of admission, exactly as described, as an online ticket without pickup or anything else. We were also very pleased about that. The entire facility is, as already known, one of the most beautiful in Europe. We were mega thrilled and hope to be able to come back again sometime. We were extremely happy that we were able to get the tickets in this way in the proverbial last hours. We say thank you very, very much for this service and to everyone else, if you did not manage to secure your tickets early, here is one last opportunity to marvel at this outstanding product of human craftsmanship.
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your detailed and positive review! We are delighted that we were able to help you secure Alhambra tickets at short notice, especially when regular tickets had already sold out. We also appreciate your understanding of the conditions regarding the Nasrid Palaces entry time and the fact that some flexibility may be required. Although the Nasrid Palaces entry time was later than you had hoped, we are very happy that you were still able to enjoy your visit and that the tickets arrived as promised, directly online and without the need for collection. Thank you for trusting our service and for your kind words. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you again in Granada in the future! 🙏

Disappointment
At the meeting point marked at the entrance, they told us they knew nothing about the tickets and that it was not there. We did not even know how to take the tourist train because no one could assist us.
Response from the operator: We’re sorry to hear about the confusion during your visit. Our service provides entrance assistance and official Alhambra tickets, while the tourist train operates independently. We regret that the meeting point and train arrangements were not clear enough and apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate your feedback and will work to make the instructions clearer for future guests.

Alhambra And Nasrid Palace tickets Entry Assistance+Tourist Train: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Granada.
How much does Alhambra And Nasrid Palace tickets Entry Assistance+Tourist Train cost?
+
Prices start at $81 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Granada usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Alhambra And Nasrid Palace tickets Entry Assistance+Tourist Train take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Granada is not rushed.
Is Alhambra And Nasrid Palace tickets Entry Assistance+Tourist Train worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 36 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.2/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Granada, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Alhambra And Nasrid Palace tickets Entry Assistance+Tourist Train?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Alhambra And Nasrid Palace tickets Entry Assistance+Tourist Train suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Alhambra And Nasrid Palace tickets Entry Assistance+Tourist Train?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Granada can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Granada and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Alhambra And Nasrid Palace tickets Entry Assistance+Tourist Train start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Granada within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Granada?
+
On Outty we rank every Granada experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sierra Nevada Safari – Small Group Tour Up to 2,500 Meters, Granada: Albaicin and Sacromonte Segway Tour, Granada Tapas and Wine Small Group Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Granada?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Granada?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
