The Alhambra
You can visit the monumental ensemble of the Alhambra, an Andalusian palatal city located in Granada, Spain. The complex consists of ancient palaces, gardens and fortresses, among which the Alcazaba (from Arabic القصبة, al-qaṣbah, meaning “citadel”) stands out. It was initially conceived to house the Emir and the court of the Nasrid Kingdom and was later used as a residence by the kings of Castile and their representatives. Its artistic uniqueness resides especially in the interiors of the Nasrid Palaces, whose decoration constitutes one of the highest expressions of Andalusian art. Its privileged location and perfect adaptation to the environment gave rise to a unique landscape, fully integrated with the nature around it. In addition, the complex houses a museum of Andalusian art, an important pinacoteca and a former convent that currently functions as a National Parador.

Amazing place to visit.
Very difficult to find direction for where to start audio guide. We ended up walking around it with no audio guide. A bit disappointing. Need for sign posting in English. Struggle to find someone that spoke English to help us.

Amazing Guided Tour of the Alhambra
We had a wonderful experience visiting the Alhambra with our guide. The tour was very well organized, and the guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the history of this incredible place. We learned many fascinating details that we would have missed on our own. The architecture, gardens, and views were breathtaking. The guide made the visit enjoyable and engaging for everyone in the group. We highly recommend this guided tour to anyone visiting Granada. It was one of the highlights of our trip!

You pay 3 times the real...
You pay 3 times the real price of the ticket. I find terrible that they’re allowed to buy several tickets and then resell it for a much higher price

This is especially relevant when official availability is very limited close to the selected date. All prices and conditions are displayed before confirming the booking, so each visitor can decide whether the service meets their needs before purchasing. We regret that your perception of the experience was negative, but we must respectfully disagree with the idea that this is a ticket resale service.

Good visit; high price
It was straight forward getting our tickets and entering the Alhambra. This was a ticket bought about 1 week ahead and was quite expensive.

Terrible customer service
Never book an entrance for Alhambra with Viator. They didn't deliver the tickets on time and did not respected their own contract to give you back the money if the they don't confirm the tickets within 48 hours. Terrible customer service,just a standard message that it's not their fault but the local office didn't want to reimburse the tickets. The tickets were 180 euro for 3 people while the standard tickets are 22 euro per person. Even though I was hoping for some extra customer service,I didn't get anything but a cold sorry for the inconveniences. I will never recommend Viator.
Response from the operator: Dear visitors, We’d also like to pay the same price for hotels, concerts, etc., when booking one day before the event as we do when booking a month in advance. Please be more serious and don’t post nonsense. Did someone force you to pay for it? No, you paid for it because you couldn't find any tickets anywhere. Viator charges a 30% commission, and we have to make a living too. If you want to pay 22 euros, book two months in advance—that way, no one has to scramble to find last-minute spots for you, and there are no middlemen involved. What did you expect? A guided tour for that price? A guide at the Alhambra charges at least 200 euros per tour, not including tickets. Again, Please be more serious and don’t post nonsense.
