Safe, reliable, and a great option to get to/from the airport!
Whenever I travel to a new country, I get a little intimidated leaving the airport. There's usually a line of taxis calling for you and you may not know if you're getting overcharged. I booked this service to take away the stress, knowing I had a fixed rate ride and someone there to pick me up. I felt special having someone wait outside with my name on the sign! A rep from the company messaged me to confirm the driver was outside, so I didn't even need to worry at all.. it was seamless. it was a great experience and I'm glad I booked this option!

8 days / 7 nights in Nepal
My husband and I just returned from an amazing trip to India and Nepal. The 8 day/7 night tour of Nepal with Eyes on Nepal was wonderful. We were originally supposed to take the trip in 2020, but we’re not able to go because COVID was spreading so fast. Sidarttha from Eyes on Nepal helped me plan a an exciting custom itinerary for that 2020 trip so we were heartbroken that we were unable to go. I told Sidarttha that I would definitely get in touch with him if we ever had another opportunity to visit Nepal. This year we were finally able to go. As soon as we picked the dates for our trip, I contacted Sidarttha and asked him if we could do the same itinerary we planned in 2020. He responded right away and verified that the activities and hotels were still available, suggesting only a few minor changes. From the moment we arrived in Nepal, Sidarttha made sure our trip was awesome. He coordinated every detail so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. He was extremely helpful and responded right away every time had a question or request. When the airport in Pokhara closed due to inclement weather, Sidarttha took care of everything with the hotels and airline. He made sure we were on the first available flight to Pokhara in the morning so we could get there in time to go paragliding. The paragliding was an incredible experience. It was so much fun and view from above was absolutely breathtaking taking. I’m so glad Sidarttha made sure we didn’t miss it He really went above and beyond to take care of us. All of the drivers and guides Sidarttha arranged for us were wonderful. Our guide Krishna, in Kathmandu, was very thorough and knowledgeable. We learned so much about culture and religion in Nepal. It was facinating. Our guide in Pokhara was especially fun. Ram was very welcoming and enthusiastic. We could see how much he loves his country and that he really enjoys showing visitors all of the amazing things Nepal has to offer. I’ll never forget the peaceful sunset boat ride on Phewa Lake or watching the beautiful sunrise from Sarangkot. The drivers Sidarttha arranged were always punctual, the cars were comfortable and they easily navigated through the crazy traffic without terrifying us. After Pokhara, we headed to Bardiya National Park. The jeep and boat safaris were fun even though we only saw one elephant, some monkeys and some deer. We found some big tiger paw prints, but never caught sight of a tiger or rhino. When we flew back to Kathmandu we enjoyed a having a day to shop and relax before we flew home. Thanks to Eyes on Nepal, our trip was a dream come true!

Why this scores 62
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Airport Transfers in Kathmandu – Pickup OR Drop-Off Service: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kathmandu.
How much does Airport Transfers in Kathmandu – Pickup OR Drop-Off Service cost?
+
Prices start at $10 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kathmandu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Airport Transfers in Kathmandu – Pickup OR Drop-Off Service take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kathmandu is not rushed.
Is Airport Transfers in Kathmandu – Pickup OR Drop-Off Service worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Kathmandu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Airport Transfers in Kathmandu – Pickup OR Drop-Off Service?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Airport Transfers in Kathmandu – Pickup OR Drop-Off Service suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 1. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 1-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Airport Transfers in Kathmandu – Pickup OR Drop-Off Service?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kathmandu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kathmandu and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Airport Transfers in Kathmandu – Pickup OR Drop-Off Service start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kathmandu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Kathmandu?
+
On Outty we rank every Kathmandu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Private Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour | UNESCO World Heritage sites, Manaslu Circuit Trek, Kathmandu Food and Drink Walking Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Kathmandu?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Kathmandu?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
