- When the shared ATV option is selected, participants ride two guests per ATV. If the number of travelers in the booking is uneven and one guest is left without a riding partner, that person must use a single ATV. The individual ATV upgrade will be charged directly at check-in.
- The meal included in this experience consists of one Mexican dish chosen from the à la carte options available on the day of the tour. This meal is part of the regular service and cannot be modified for dietary needs, allergies, food restrictions, or personal preferences.
- Pets and companion animals are not allowed on this tour. For safety and operational reasons, guests may not bring animals on the transportation or into any part of the experience.
- To help preserve the cenote’s natural water, guests who plan to swim must avoid entering with body products such as sunscreen, insect repellent, creams, lotions, oils, or similar substances.
- Travelers should not bring luggage on this excursion. Only small personal belongings, compact bags, or small backpacks are permitted. The transportation units are used for passenger movement throughout the operation and may continue serving the route during the day. For this reason, they cannot be used to store, guard, or monitor suitcases, large bags, or extra belongings.
- Each ATV may carry no more than 2 travelers.
- Guests who wish to drive an ATV must be at least 16 years old and must present a valid permit or driver’s license.
- For safety reasons, weight limits apply to certain activities. The maximum permitted weight is 110 kg for the zipline circuit and 120 kg for horseback riding.

If you want to give youe money away go here. The driver is a liar i havw video proof he did not show up, courtesy of my front desk. He said he was "looking" for us. Its a scam, thankfully my bank doesnt PLAY ABOUT ME!!!

Not worth it
Pros: -Our guide, Victor, was great. He was personable and we enjoyed our time with him. This review in no way is against him. -The cenote experience was great. Cons: -The amount of time we spent waiting for things during this excursion was unacceptable. I’m not sure if there was lack of staff or lack of equipment, but most of our day was spent waiting around. - zip lines: there’s one that’s even worth it, which is the long one. The others are mostly for, what I would consider, kids. -ATV’s, this was a joke. We were a party of 6, we met some folks that were also on this excursion that were a party of 5 in a different tour group. All 11 of us had ATV’s that stopped working during our ride. My particular ATV had a loose wire so any time we stopped, which we stopped very often, and even times WHILE I was riding, my ATV would just turn off. Mid ride, I would have to shake the wires, and then attempt to turn on my ATV again. The ride itself was the slowest ATV ride I’ve ever been and would not ever remotely consider adventurous. Seemed like we had to continually stop to ensure people’s machines worked. I was over it about 1/4 way in and it never got better. -the excursion I booked also included rappelling and a water zip line, neither of which is available. - read the fine print of this tour. They charge a low tour fee, but then you’re paying just as much during pick up for taxes and service charges. -our shuttle on the way back didn’t have air conditioning and the windows didn’t work so we were basically in a hot box for an hour back to the hotel. -our pick up was at 7:30 am, and we didn’t eat lunch until 2:30 due to the disorganization of this group and the waiting around. Overall, I would not book this tour again. I felt they are not organized, don’t have enough staff or equipment, and have too many issues with their machines for this to be worth your time in Playa Del Carmen. Again, Victor was great and none of these notes are against him.

Timely pickup. The driver and guide were excellent. We had higher expectations for the ziplines. We know much better ones here. There was rappelling.

So awesome and exciting
I didn't know what to expect first time and I had a awesome guide El Chilango and he was very good with English and the history of the Mayan people. He even had some jokes witch made everything fun and laid back. I will do this adrenaline adventure again it was so fun and the best price was the cost very reasonable.

Cenote was amazing.
Overall happy. We noticed several UTVs were not maintained as well as they could be (a few steered hard left). The zip lines were good not great. We were required to have all our things on us for the last and longest zip line (so pack light!). Also, weight limit, its more about waist size. So if you hold your weight in your lower half(legs, hips) this is not the activity for you.
