NEVER Never Book this tour with Gregory

He was the very worst. Arrogant and on the verge of rude. He did not introduce himself. Never even offered to open a car door. Offered no information about anything unless we asked. we learned nothing about Corfu. And I do mean nothing! Also did not provide us with water. We were very understanding that the city was packed because of Easter and we were unable to get into attractions because of the crowds (our choice) but again we drove in silence most of the 3 hours. Yes three hours because we cut it short after 3 and asked to be taken back to the ship. He certainly didn't mind that and got us back to the ship very quickly. A complete waste of our time and money. Don't book this tour.

Response from the operator: Dear Pricilla, It is very important for us to receive your feedback on how you spent your day, and we thank you very much for it. Your excursion included a visit to Achilleion and then to the city of Corfu. The drivers take you to the places included in your itinerary, but they are not tour guides, so they do not provide information about the sites you visit. On that particular day, you started about half an hour later than the scheduled meeting time we had at the cruise terminal exit, which was due to your own delay. Next, you headed to the Kanoni area on the outskirts of the city to admire the view, but you did not want to get out of the car. When you arrived at Achilleion, unfortunately, it was very crowded due to the high number of visitors, especially during the Easter period, and you asked the driver to take you back to the ship. On the way to the port, you passed through the old town and then arrived at the port. We are not responsible for the delays and heavy traffic on the roads. We apologize for the details such as the opening of the doors or not offering water, and we will be more attentive in the future. Kind regards. Leonidas Pachis

Great Tour but Palace was closed

Great tour of the Island with a very good guide Mary. Only problem was that the Achillion Palace is closed and has been except on rare occasions for several years. Was disappointed that we were misled. The guide and driver were ready with the extra step needed to enter and exit the van for one of our group who had bad knees.

    Lovely afternoon exploring Corfu

Our guide and driver were fantastic! Very knowledgeable about History and took time to answer all our questions. It was lovely to roam Old Corfu Town and learn the ins and outs. We also saw Mouse Island. The view was incredible! Lastly, we went to a beach on the Mediterranean side which was breathtaking. A wonderful afternoon.

Response from the operator: Thank you Mrs Emily for your review. It is very important for us your opinion. Our aim is to provide the best service to our clients

How much does Achillion Palace and Corfu town, Half day private tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $30 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Corfu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Achillion Palace and Corfu town, Half day private tour take?

Is Achillion Palace and Corfu town, Half day private tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Corfu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Achillion Palace and Corfu town, Half day private tour?

Is Achillion Palace and Corfu town, Half day private tour suitable for kids and families?

How far in advance should I book Achillion Palace and Corfu town, Half day private tour?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Corfu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Corfu and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Achillion Palace and Corfu town, Half day private tour start and how do I get there?

    +

What are the best things to do in Corfu?

    +

On Outty we rank every Corfu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Small-Group Food and Cultural Tour in Corfu, The Governor's Olive Mill Tour with Olive Oil Tasting, Electric Fat Bike Self Guided Tour Discover North Corfu. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Corfu?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Corfu?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
