Long day but worth it !

Communication regarding our pick up location was out of date ( The Saxophone pub was no longer and the building was being renovated.m, thankfully they had sent a link which provided a map Early morning pick up at 6.45 am Corfu time didn’t get back to hotel until 7.30 pm Enjoyable day nice trip on the ferry across and back pleasant with the breeze during the crossing it was very hot at Butrint despite the shade . Guide very knowledgable and the site very interesting. Food in the restaurant was fine chicken was the only inedible thing . The salad was lovely . A lot of time lost in traffic getting to and from the site which limited our time in Sarande to approx 50 mins. Managed a quick dip in the sea absolutely necessary and a quick scout along the tourist shops along the seafront before rush back to the boat. Would have liked more time in Sarande . Exhausting day but worthwhile !

A truly memorable experience – highly recommended!

An amazing adventure from beginning to end! Our travel guide took excellent care of us throughout the trip and was incredibly knowledgeable, providing plenty of interesting information about every place we visited. Albania is a beautiful country, and the lunch buffet featuring traditional Albanian cuisine was absolutely amazing. Everything was well organised, and the food was delicious. A truly memorable experience – highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Book with Ioanon cruises directly.

It was too hot. It was a mistake to book via Viator. We were treated as if a crime had been commit committed and we should have booked with the operator directly.

    This was a good value...

This was a good value trip with very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I would absolutely recommend it. Lunch was also very good. Worth noting the boat to Albania has no facilities for purchasing tea / coffee so would suggest buying before. Once you arrive in Albania you go straight on the tour and so again no opportunity for a coffee. Passport control at port is as you would expect the same everywhere so just need to get on with it. Overall a great day and Albania was v.beautiful. I would suggest doing it with the tour option to get the most of the trip.

    Very bad experience

Booked an excursion through Viator, but when we arrived at the meeting point at Corfu Port, we were told there were no excursions that day. We tried to contact the operator, Travelco, but the number given on the booking confirmation was no longer in use. A helpful representative from Finikas Lines helped us by finding an alternative number. Travelco told us they had informed Viator not to book any excursions for that day, but they hadn't followed the instruction. We were very upset, as we had planned our whole holiday around that trip and we we're not able to travel on an alternative date. We are angry with Viator for causing the mess in the first place, but also with Travelco for the stress caused in not being able to contact them! We had supplied telephone and email contact details when we booked, so someone should have contacted us ahead of time to let us know of the mistake. Then we wouldn't have driven over an hour to get to the meeting point. It was a very stressful experience and I'll never use Viator again as they can't be trusted.

Response from the operator: Dear Victoria, Thank you for your message, and please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and distress caused during your recent experience. We fully understand how disappointing this situation must have been, especially as your plans were arranged around this excursion. We would like to clarify that we received last-minute notification that the trip would not take place on that specific date. Although we had already blocked availability for that day, the booking system unfortunately continued to accept reservations. We deeply regret that this resulted in your booking being confirmed and that you were not informed in advance. Please be assured that this situation does not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. We are currently reviewing this matter with the organizer and our systems to ensure that such issues are avoided in the future. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Albanian Adventure Day Trip from Corfu: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Corfu.

How much does Albanian Adventure Day Trip from Corfu cost?

    +

Prices start at $29 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Corfu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Albanian Adventure Day Trip from Corfu take?

    +

Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Corfu is not rushed.

Is Albanian Adventure Day Trip from Corfu worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.5/5 across 43 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Corfu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Albanian Adventure Day Trip from Corfu?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Albanian Adventure Day Trip from Corfu suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Albanian Adventure Day Trip from Corfu?

    +

Around 15 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Corfu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Corfu and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Albanian Adventure Day Trip from Corfu start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Corfu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Corfu?

    +

On Outty we rank every Corfu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Small-Group Food and Cultural Tour in Corfu, The Governor's Olive Mill Tour with Olive Oil Tasting, Electric Fat Bike Self Guided Tour Discover North Corfu. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Corfu?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Corfu?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
