A Memorable Wilderness Stay at Elora Retreat
Our stay at Elora Retreat was a wonderful experience, perfectly complemented by the Wild Voyager plan. The property offered a peaceful yet immersive connection with nature, making the stay comfortable and memorable. The hospitality, food, and overall ambiance of the retreat were truly appreciable. The Wild Voyager plan was well-organized, ensuring a seamless safari experience. The vehicle provided was comfortable, safe, and ideal for wildlife viewing, allowing us to explore the Masai Mara with ease. Overall, the entire plan , from stay to safari , was thoughtfully arranged and highly satisfying.

Excellent experience, vast wild life, good food and stay arrangements. Thank you Wild Voyagers and James.
What an excellent Experience!!! We booked through Wild Voyager after lot of internet search. Mr. Alankar was very helpful and answered all my questions very patiently. The guide cum driver James was very helpful and had vast local knowledge. We spent one night in Naivisha, enjoyed the boat ride on the lake. We could see vast richness of birds, hippos, variety of deer. It was a memorable boat ride. Then we went to Lake Nakuru. What a place!! Our guide took us on safari and showed us Cape Buffalo, Rhinos, vast variety of deer family, at least 25+ variety of birds including flamingoes!! our stay was in the middle of the Game Reserve. Afternoon safari we saw many Giraffe, cape buffalo heard, Cape Buffalo crossing the rivers, variety of Languor and a Lion!! Next 3 nights we spent at Masai Mara. Our stay at Illora Resort was in the middle of Masai Mara reserve!! We had Hippos and Hyena roaming around out tent and we could hear their noise in the middle of night. Our luxury tents were very safe and secure and they provided security personnel if we wanted to go for dinner etc. Masai we say Animals in huge numbers, Highlights were, Lion prides-many of them, Lion roaring, Lions eating their kill - a cape buffalo, Leopard paid resting and their kill an Antelope kept on tree!! Heard of Elephants, Cheeta killing an Impala, Wild Beast and Zebra crossing river, Huge congregation of birds, crocodiles and beautiful sun rise and sun sets. We could see all big 5 and ugly 5 of Kenya in Masai Mara thanks to James. We took a Balloon safari too. What an experience. It is beyond words and one should experience it. We enjoyed all 5 days and made many memories.

Why this scores 74
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
6 Days Kenya Adventure Wildlife Safari: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Nairobi.
How much does 6 Days Kenya Adventure Wildlife Safari cost?
+
Prices start at $1,846 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Nairobi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 6 Days Kenya Adventure Wildlife Safari take?
+
Plan for about 144 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Nairobi is not rushed.
Is 6 Days Kenya Adventure Wildlife Safari worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 74 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 30 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Nairobi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 6 Days Kenya Adventure Wildlife Safari?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 6 Days Kenya Adventure Wildlife Safari suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 144-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 6 Days Kenya Adventure Wildlife Safari?
+
Around 11 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Nairobi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Nairobi and add a light layer if any part of the 144-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 6 Days Kenya Adventure Wildlife Safari start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Nairobi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Nairobi?
+
On Outty we rank every Nairobi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Wild 5-Day Safari: Magical Mara, Nakuru Wonders & Hell's Gate, 2 Days Amboseli Safari using a 4x4 Landcruiser jeep(with options), Kibera Slum Tour with Lucas. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Nairobi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Nairobi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
What is included in 6 Days Kenya Adventure Wildlife Safari?
+
Included: Lunch; Dinner; and Breakfast. Not included: International Flight, Balloon Safari, Bush Meal, Laundry, Tips, Masai Village Visit and Vi. Always check the voucher for the final list before you travel.
Does 6 Days Kenya Adventure Wildlife Safari include hotel pickup?
+
Yes, pickup is offered for every traveler from 2 listed pickup locations in and around Nairobi. Be ready about 60 minutes before the start time.
Will I get instant confirmation and a mobile ticket for 6 Days Kenya Adventure Wildlife Safari?
+
Confirmation is sent by the operator after booking, usually within 48 hours; if it is not confirmed you are not charged. Mobile tickets are accepted, so you can show the voucher on your phone.
Is 6 Days Kenya Adventure Wildlife Safari wheelchair or stroller accessible?
+
The operator notes: Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. If accessibility is critical, contact the operator after booking to confirm arrangements for your date.
What happens to 6 Days Kenya Adventure Wildlife Safari if the weather is bad?
+
It generally runs rain or shine, so dress for the forecast in Nairobi. Standard cancellation terms apply: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start.
What do travelers say about 6 Days Kenya Adventure Wildlife Safari?
+
Across 30 reviews averaging 4.9 out of 5, recurring themes include the guide, organization, knowledge and storytelling. Travelers single out the guide as the reason the experience works.
