There were 4 of us my...
There were 4 of us my partner and friends (Could not select this option. ) Our driver was switched 30 minutes prior to meeting at 8 am after confirming in Jan 2026 following payment in July 2026 and the day before our trip. He did not know the planned things we wanted to see. Went thru it again kept trying to show us Bears which was not what we wanted at all. The vehicle was not clean no water was offered as stated in the discription. Number one item was to see the old firehouse asked several times then told we were almost out of time. It was the reason we had a private driver . Made a quick stop got a photo. We have used Viator many times and would still recommend the company but not this viator partner.

I would however like to say the reason I changed drivers is because I have just had back surgery and I am trying to limit the length of time I am on tour. Also The van used was used for a hiking tour before yours and some times we dont have time in between tours to clean everything out. Lack of water is down to the drive and I am very sorry about that. Great tour!
Custom tour was great. Dominic drove us around nature and wildlife sites in town because we wanted to focus on those activities. Was very informative and even brought boosters for the girls which we didn’t even think of . Got to see bald eagles, bear, seals, and of course salmon. Would rexommend!!
