The safari experience was AMAZIIINNGG!!! Our tour guide , Julius, made sure we saw THE BIG 5 and much more(crocodiles, hippos etc) and with his vast knowledge of all the animals it was definitely super interesting and oh so unforgettable . Also, the tented accommodation was safe and comfortable and all the amenities that we didn’t expect out in the wild were available/offered to us. We will be back!!

    July the best!

Julius is the best! This was my first safari, and thanks to him, I will always have an amazing memory of it. He is a very experienced guide, and we saw so many animals. Every time, he gave us interesting and detailed explanations about them. He is also a really friendly and fun person, and he always goes above and beyond to meet the requests and needs of his group. I highly recommend him!

    What a safari experience!

We got lucky first afternoon seeing leopard and lions with cubs. Our guide Brian Ondigo was all the time on the radio checking intel and talking with drivers passing by and trying the best to reach the places for us to see the animals. He always finds the best spot and angle. We had seen all the big fives except rhinos which is really rare to see. We also saw cheetah, buffaloes, warthogs, giraffes, elephants and lion hunting. It is a memorable experience for sure!

    Great experience with Brian

Overall very satisfying experience! Brian was our guide and he really made sure we see all the animals at the best spot. We were departing a bit late from Nairobi but he tried very hard to shorten our drive to Masai Mara and brought us there by late lunch time despite all the traffic. The tour itself was quite good as well. We got to see most of the major animals and I appreciate Brian was consistently communicating on the phone and the radio to find us more animals. The Sopa lodge was also exceeding my expectations. Despite the building being slightly aged, it’s very well maintained and the staff are very welcoming. The food was quite amazing. I’d love to come back again with our guide Brian!

    Above and beyond

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Jocky Tours and Safaris. From the very beginning, communication was excellent, the service was professional, and everything was well organized and reliable. The safari itself was unforgettable, with amazing wildlife encounters and beautiful views of the Masai Mara. A special thank you to our guide, Mr. Mwema Raheem safari king 💪✌️ who was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. Excellent value for money, and we would highly recommend Jocky Tours and Safaris to anyone planning a safari in Kenya and ask for Mr. Mwema Raheem if you wanna take it to next level.

3 days Masai Mara Group Joining: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Nairobi.

How much does 3 days Masai Mara Group Joining cost?

    +

Prices start at $500 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Nairobi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 3 days Masai Mara Group Joining take?

    +

Plan for about 72 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Nairobi is not rushed.

Is 3 days Masai Mara Group Joining worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 74 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 24 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Nairobi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 3 days Masai Mara Group Joining?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is 3 days Masai Mara Group Joining suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 72-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book 3 days Masai Mara Group Joining?

    +

Around 8 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Nairobi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Nairobi and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 3 days Masai Mara Group Joining start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Nairobi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Nairobi?

    +

On Outty we rank every Nairobi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 3 days group joining safari to Maasai Mara with a Land Cruiser Jeep, 1 Day trip to Hells Gate and optional Lake Naivasha From Nairobi, Nairobi Masai village Day Tour Experience. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Nairobi?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Nairobi?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
