Best Tharu Culture show and jeep safari

We did Chitwan National Park 3 days tour through Peak to peak and they provide us very good service. The best part was Tharu culture shows and jeep safari.

No good treatment of elephants

Sadly there are no free elephants. They are all chained and used as attraction. You have to be awared, that you will see a lot of very sad elephants. The jeep safari was too long (4.5 hours)

Response from the operator: Hello we are sad to see that too that's why we do not offer elephant rides in our company as we too don't believe in the bondage and use of animals as attractions. We hope you'll have a better experience next time. Best regards

Avoid this tour company

I wouldn't recommend this tour company. The communication from the company was very poor, when I did reach out by message and phone to the company they were unprofessional and rude. We arrived in Chitwan bus station with no instruction or clear explanation of where we were staying or what to do. Thank god for the helpful locals. The hotel, Rainbow Safari was amazing and the manager there was amazing. I will leave them a very positive review. But I would avoid booking with this company. They also mislead over what was offered, as the third day you must leave by 7am to get the bus, there are no activities offered. We also had no pick up when we got off the bus in Pokhara, despite it being clearly stated this was included. Chitwan is amazing but there are better and more honest tour companies with better communication.

How much does 2 Nights 3 Days Chitwan Safari Tour from Kathmandu or Pokhara cost?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Kathmandu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 2 Nights 3 Days Chitwan Safari Tour from Kathmandu or Pokhara?

+

How far in advance should I book 2 Nights 3 Days Chitwan Safari Tour from Kathmandu or Pokhara?

+

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kathmandu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kathmandu and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 2 Nights 3 Days Chitwan Safari Tour from Kathmandu or Pokhara start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kathmandu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Kathmandu?

+

On Outty we rank every Kathmandu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Private Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour | UNESCO World Heritage sites, Manaslu Circuit Trek, Classic Everest Base Camp Trek. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Kathmandu?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Kathmandu?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
