Beware, major disappointment!!!
We booked a tour with At Your Service Tour for what was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience: watching the sunrise from Cadillac Mountain. We paid $500+ and were instructed to be ready at 4:30 a.m. We got up in the middle of the night, were ready and waiting—and the driver never showed up. What was especially disappointing was that we had to call the company ourselves to find out where the driver was. No one contacted us to let us know there was a problem or that our tour would not be happening. The driver apologized and told us they were “super duper sorry,” but unfortunately, an apology could not give us back the experience we had planned and looked forward to. This wasn’t simply a missed appointment—it was an opportunity that could not be recreated. We had traveled and planned around seeing the sunrise at Cadillac Mountain, and that opportunity was lost. We also had to call ourselves to get the $500+ refund processed back to our credit card. Given the circumstances, we expected much more proactive communication and customer service. We feel there should have been a far greater response and acknowledgment of the significance of what we missed. We understand that unexpected things can happen, but how a company handles a major mistake matters. In this case, we were left to make the calls, find out what happened, and pursue our refund ourselves. No attempt on the company’s part to reschedule our tour was made. A $500+ tour should come with reliability, communication, and customer service. Unfortunately, our experience with At Your Service Tour fell far short of those expectations. Most disappointing of all, we can’t get that sunrise—or that once-in-a-lifetime opportunity—back.

You were ready at 4:30 a.m. as instructed, and you should never have been left waiting or had to call us to find out what happened. We found out when you did from the guide and the guide has been dismissed. Once we knew the sunrise tour had been missed, we immediately processed your refund. There was no other alternative or sunrise to offer. We understand that refunding the cost does not replace watching the sunrise from Cadillac Mountain We are truly sorry that we took that experience away from you. We have addressed what happened internally so that another guest is not left in this position. Please accept our sincere apology.

Beautiful sunrise with no worries
Tim was a wonderful guide! Went down 10 minutes early and he was already waiting for us. He was very knowledgeable about the area and provided lots of information. The provided chairs and blankets alone were worth the price on a cold windy morning! They give options of hot cocoa, coffee, or tea, and put them in insulated mugs that stayed warm all morning! After the sun rose he gave us time to explore the top of the mountain and go to the gift shop. I would recommend this experience!!

Great sunrise trip
This was the best thing! We were picked up at our hotel promptly by Tim. Got right into the park no problems. Tim took us to the best viewing spot for sunrise. Helped to take pictures of us at sunrise. We enjoyed hot chocolate and blueberry muffins. Tim shared a history of the park, provided recommendations on places to eat in town and just ensured a great time. 100% worth the investment not to fight the crowds!

Don’t think, just book it!
This was an incredible way to kick off our Maine vacation. Not everyone is thrilled about a 4:15 am pickup time, but our guide Tim (request him; he’s amazing) was all smiles and super engaging right from the start. He set us up in the PRIME SPOT with chairs, warm, wind- blocking blankets (made a huge difference!), coffee/tea/cocoa, and blueberry muffins. It can get crowded up there, but it sure didn't feel like it where we were. We listened to fun facts about the area, watched the sunrise, went to another scenic spot to pick blueberries, and had an amazing morning overall. Book it.

Melissa was our guide- and so much more! She was waiting for us as we got to the parking lot, and immediately struck me as a friendly, outgoing individual. She told interesting stories and many facts as we made our way to Cadillac Mountain in Acadia National Park. Once at the top, she provided a chair, coffee, a muffin and excellent advice on finding the perfect spot to view (and photograph) the sunrise. She helped to make an amazing experience even more amazing. Thank you, Melissa!!
