What you get

    About this experience

Each 10 Experiences tour is a contemporary ritual that unfolds in ten courses, where each dish finds its exact and balanced pairing, and together they reveal the harmony of the ingredients and the memory of the territories that inspire them; it is a journey that not only travels through regions of Mexico, but inhabits them, showcasing their landscapes, traditions, and the warmth of their people through an immersive audiovisual experience that transforms flavor into a sense of belonging; more than a gastronomic tour, we are a living narrative, woven by those who have experienced us, recommended us, and remembered us, because what remains is not only what is tasted, but the shared imprint of having lived Mexico at its fullest expression.

This is a Great Foodie Experience

This is a great experience for a foodie. The food and pairings are fantastic and offer up dishes that you never see in restaurants. Chef Alejandro is an artist. Lorena has created a very unique experience. The presenters are very knowledgeable and engaging. The entire team are very nice and professional. It is pricey for an excursion but is money well spent. We look forward to going again and take the tacos dining option.

    Gastronomic Tour of Mexico!

Super experience! The food was excellent and I love that we learned about the Mexican states that each course came from. Highly recommend. Every pairing was excellent from tequila to wine. They also offered non-alcoholic pairings as well!

    A culinary masterpiece

If you’re looking for more than just dinner and want a true culinary journey through Mexico, Ten Experiences is something special. The evening takes you through 10 different courses inspired by 10 different states of Mexico. Each dish is thoughtfully paired with a beverage. While many guests choose the alcoholic pairing, my wife and I opted for the nonalcoholic experience and were impressed by how much care and creativity went into every pairing. What made the evening even more impressive was that my wife enjoyed the traditional menu while I chose the vegan experience. As a vegan, I’m accustomed to receiving an afterthought or a simplified version of what everyone else is eating. That was absolutely not the case here. Every vegan course felt intentional, creative, and worthy of being served on its own merit. At no point did I feel like I was receiving less of an experience. In fact, I was equally impressed with the vegan menu as my wife was with the traditional one. Gerry was the maestro of the evening. He expertly guided us through each state, dish, and beverage, weaving together the history, culture, and flavors of Mexico. His knowledge was extensive, and he had a perfect sense of when to add humor that kept the experience engaging and fun. Moises was the silent ninja of hospitality. He seemed to be everywhere at once without ever being noticed. Drinks appeared when needed, silverware was replaced before you realized it should be, food arrived seamlessly, and if you dropped a spoon, you’d swear he materialized out of thin air to pick it up. Lorena and her husband, Chef Alejandro, welcomed us when we arrived and were there at the end of the evening to thank us for coming. They carried a quiet pride in what they have created, and after experiencing it firsthand, that pride is well deserved. The presentation, atmosphere, storytelling, service, and food all came together to create something truly memorable. This is one of Cozumel’s culinary masterpieces and an experience I would recommend to both visitors and locals alike. As if one experience wasn’t enough, we learned there are two additional culinary journeys featuring other regions of Mexico. Before the evening was over, we had already decided we’ll be returning to experience those as well. Bravo, Muy Sabroso. We’ll be talking about this one for a long time.

Response from the operator: ¡Muchas gracias por compartir una reseña tan detallada y significativa! 🇲🇽✨🍽️

    Wonderful and unique experience

This was my second dinner with the 10 Experiences Tour. What a lovely experience! You are invited into the owner’s beautiful home, and the chef is one if the owners. They limit seatings to just a few people so it’s very intimate. A multi-course meal is served with pairings, each representing a different Mexican state. You’re sitting facing a big screen where a movie is shown depicting each state that is featured while you’re eating the course that represents that state. Your “tour” has a guide, who functions like a professor and storyteller, giving you great information about each state and the food and drink. Everyone is very kind and warm. Highly recommend!!!

    Do not miss this experience!

If you’re visiting 10 Experiences Cozumel, this is an absolute must. We did the lunch experience, and it was nothing short of incredible from start to finish. It’s so much more than a meal—it’s a beautifully curated journey through the regions of Mexico, combining visual storytelling with unforgettable flavors. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the chef and owner, who immediately set the tone for something special. Our guide, Adrian, along with the entire staff, was outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The experience includes 10 courses, and I can honestly say there wasn’t a single dish that missed. Every plate was thoughtful, creative, and absolutely delicious. One standout for me was the coconut shrimp—it was unlike anything I’ve had before. Not the typical version you might expect in the U.S., but elevated, unique, and even better. Everything about this experience feels elevated—from the presentation to the flavors to the service. It’s clear a lot of care and intention goes into every detail. Yes, it’s a splurge—but it is 100% worth it. If you’re on the fence because of the cost, don’t be. This is one of those experiences you’ll talk about long after your trip is over. Highly recommend—don’t miss it.

Response from the operator: ✨ Thank you so much for sharing such a beautiful review! It truly means the world to us to know that your experience at 10 Experiences Cozumel was so special from beginning to end. Our goal is to create a meaningful journey through Mexico’s flavors, and knowing you felt that connection is incredibly rewarding for our entire team. We’ll be delighted to share your kind words with our chef and with Adrián — they will be especially happy to know they made your visit memorable. We also love that you highlighted the coconut shrimp; it’s one of those dishes designed to surprise and offer something truly unique. Thank you for trusting us and for recommending us so warmly. We look forward to welcoming you again in the future and creating more unforgettable moments together ✨

10 Experiences Original: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cozumel.

How much does 10 Experiences Original cost?

    +

Prices start at $237 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cozumel usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 10 Experiences Original take?

    +

Plan for about 2.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cozumel is not rushed.

Is 10 Experiences Original worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 76 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 181 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cozumel, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 10 Experiences Original?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is 10 Experiences Original suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book 10 Experiences Original?

    +

Around 63 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cozumel can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cozumel and add a light layer if any part of the 2.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 10 Experiences Original start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cozumel within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cozumel?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cozumel experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Jade Caverns and Mayan Village Cozumel ATV TOUR, Buggy, Beach & Snorkel Blast, ATV 4×4+Cenote+Snorkeling+Beach Club+ Lunch+Sabores de Cozumel. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cozumel?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cozumel?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
