20 Sept Full Irish Tour
We had the very best time touring Ireland and Northern Ireland with Cathal, our guide and driver. Our accommodations were great, and each evening, Cathal was excellent at suggesting restaurants and pubs for us to check out. On a few occasions, he even phoned ahead to make reservations for us as a group. Cathal was consistently aware of offering alternatives, if participants in the group did not wish to do the more active activities. We were also pleased with the variety of attractions that we experienced. Another surprise was that, with the smaller shuttle bus, we were able to be on backroads, and therefore, observe the rural countryside of Ireland. This was a true delight for us, and we would highly recommend Overland Tours and especially our driver, Cathal.

Ireland’s landscape and history
Overland and our guide Connor gave us a wonderful vacation experience. Travelling all around Ireland in just 10 days is a whirlwind. From cities to small towns and the breathtaking views along the way, we were given a wide variety of experiences that were well planned and added to our enjoyment and knowledge of the people and the land. The time in the van never seemed like too much and Connor made sure we had quick lunches and pit stops to maximize our site seeing time and keep everyone happy. Our small group of 10 quickly became friends as we all experienced the wonders of Ireland for the first time.

Exceptional trip
Ireland is an absolutely beautiful country and there are a multitude of things to see and do. We had a fantastic trip. What made the experience exceptional was our tour guide Mark. His professionalism in running the tour was impressive.

What a wonderful way to experience Ireland!
We recently completed the Ultimate Ireland 10-Day (Tuesday) Tour with Overland. We had never traveled with Overland before and chose the tour company based entirely on the online reviews. The tour covers a lot of ground, so there isn’t an extended stay in any one location. We thought it was a fantastic way to see and experience so much of Ireland in a relatively short time. Some days included quite a bit of driving and walking, but the itinerary was very well planned and gave us a great mix of scenery, history and culture. We stayed at the Ashling Hotel the night before the tour departure, which made meeting the group the next morning very convenient. If you want to spend time exploring Dublin, it would be easy to add a few days before, or after the tour. Our guide and driver, Mark, was fabulous! He is very knowledgeable about Irish history and culture, but what really stood out was how attentive Mark was to the details that made everyone's experience better. He was always looking out for the group and helping make sure everything went smoothly. His knowledge, humor, and genuine care added so much to the trip. We would absolutely recommend Mark and Overland Tours. We came home with many wonderful memories!

Fabulous Irish Adventure!
Wonderful itinerary on the active 10-day tour! Our guide, Cathal, was exceptional and a very skilled driver. He provided excellent information and recommendations, and made dinner reservations for the group a few times along the way. He was always ensuring that we were satisfied and that our needs were met. Alternative activities were provided when itinerary activities were cancelled due to poor weather conditions. Accommodations and breakfasts were mostly excellent. Highly recommend a trip to Ireland using Overland!
