Fun but hot!
Pick up was on time and friendly. Check in to the park was very unorganized and slow it seems. Took about 40 min. I don’t blame the trip more the Cabo adventures side of it. They said they were very busy that day though. Didn’t help it was so hot. The event itself was very fun but be prepared to walk upstairs a lot! They said a lot of people can’t finish. You have to be in good shape for sure. Very thrilling once you’re zip lining though.

Awesome Time
We went horse back riding. They did such a good job explaining everything, and picking horses. Also, amazing job at keeping nervous riders calm and helping them get used to everything. I got to ride Ricky. He was a gentle giant with a big heart and some opinion. He was awesome. Thank you so much Jess for leading us, and to Megan and Courtney for helping us along the way. You ladies were awesome.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We’re so happy to hear you had an awesome time horseback riding. It’s wonderful to know that our team helped you feel comfortable and confident, especially for those who may feel a bit nervous. Ricky sounds like an amazing horse ruly a gentle giant! Thank you again for choosing us feel free to recommend us to your family and friends. We hope to see you again soon for more adventures! Warm regards, The Wild Canyon Team

Good guides but a lot of waiting around. Disappointing experience given the reviews.
Be aware, you have to pay an additional $25/pp at check in. The price was definitely not worth the experience. No cameras allowed and the photographer was no where to be seen during the 2 hrs we were there. The guides were ok, there was a lot of sitting and waiting around. Just under a 2 hr experience to complete 8 ziplines. The longest is about 1/2 mile. I would have been extremely disappointed if we did the day pass. My kids 13 and 16 could not get out of there fast enough. Disappointed overall.

Great experience
Very friendly staff. Great experience. Fun zipline runs with a couple of UTV rides in between lines. More stairs than expected but well maintained with most of them being concrete. Would do it again.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We’re glad to know you had a great time and that our friendly staff made a positive impression. It’s great to know you enjoyed the zip lines and the added fun of the UTV rides along the course. We also appreciate you mentioning the stairs—while the course can be physically active, we’re happy to hear you found them well maintained. Thank you again for your kind words — feel free to recommend us to your family and friends. We hope to see you again soon for more adventures! Warm regards, The Wild Canyon Team

Information I wish we’d known before booking - review of zip line course only
Here is all of the details I wish we’d know before booking the zip line tour in case this helps someone else reading this review. The Good Nice facility and the zip line guides were great and very helpful. The equipment seemed well cared for and the safety of participants was a priority. Check-in - We expected to sign a waiver, but the requirement for a government issued ID for any participant 18 or over was not explained anywhere in the information we received by email after booking online. One person in our party had a photo of their ID which they accepted and I had my drivers license. They finally just had the third person sign something since they did not have ID with them or a photo. Transportation - The Wild Canyon has a shuttle you can take to and from your resort for an additional charge. We took an Uber and our driver initially got lost, but did get us there, and fortunately was very nice about it. You cannot book an Uber on the way back. It will come up as no available drivers. We planned to take the wild Canyon shuttle to get back for this reason. Be aware of that transportation back on their shuttle is at limited times. It only departed at three times a day - noon, 3:30 pm and closing the day we were there. We did not want to wait around for over an hour and didn’t plan on doing a second activity. Wild Canyon arranged a private taxi for us after we complained about waiting around for over an hour for the shuttle. It was around $10 more and took 30 minutes to arrive. Thankfully, we brought enough cash to cover this as I do not think the taxi driver would’ve accepted a credit card . Having your own four-wheel vehicle to drive yourself to and from is ideal since it is located off paved roads. We saw several families with their own transportation, and that seems to be the best way to get there and back if possible. Zip lining - This is a very strenuous course, which includes walking up stairs. You either need to bring your own water bottle or purchase water at the beginning of the course. There is filtered water for refills on the course. You must carry your own pulley for the zip line which is heavy. We experienced a great zip lining course in Costa Rica and they automatically stopped you at the bottom of each line. This course was different and you have to manually break your speed on the Wild Canyon course. This requires some upper body strength and the ability to manipulate your pulley in a back-and-forth motion. If you don’t break soon enough, you will crash into the platform at the bottom and if you break too soon you will get stuck before the end of the zip line. It was difficult to gauge how fast you should go and more than one person on our tour got stuck and had to pull themselves the rest away across the line or the course instructors would rescue you. I would recommend this course for anyone who is in very good shape and has previous experience zip lining experience.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review of your experience. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps future guests and allows us to continue improving. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed our facilities and that our zip line guides made you feel safe and supported throughout the experience. Safety is always one of our top priorities, so it’s great to know that was reflected during your visit. We also appreciate you pointing out areas where expectations were not fully met, such as the ID requirement and transportation details. Your comments are very valuable, and we will continue working on improving how this information is communicated before arrival to ensure a smoother experience for our guests. Regarding the zip line course, you are absolutely right—it is designed to be physically engaging and adventurous. We always recommend that participants be in good physical condition, and our team is there to guide and assist at every step to ensure safety and enjoyment. Thank you again for your thoughtful and honest feedback — and feel free to recommend us to your family and friends. We hope to welcome you back again for more adventures in the future! Ziplines Adventure The Best Ziplines Across the Canyons: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Los Cabos.
How much does Ziplines Adventure The Best Ziplines Across the Canyons cost?
+
Prices start at $115 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Los Cabos usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Ziplines Adventure The Best Ziplines Across the Canyons take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Los Cabos is not rushed.
Is Ziplines Adventure The Best Ziplines Across the Canyons worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 75 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 267 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Los Cabos, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Ziplines Adventure The Best Ziplines Across the Canyons?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Ziplines Adventure The Best Ziplines Across the Canyons suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Ziplines Adventure The Best Ziplines Across the Canyons?
+
Around 93 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Los Cabos can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Los Cabos and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Ziplines Adventure The Best Ziplines Across the Canyons start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Los Cabos within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Los Cabos?
+
On Outty we rank every Los Cabos experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Ziplining and UTV Desert Adventure from Los Cabos, Cabo 4x4 ATV Tour with Tequila Tasting and Mexican Buffet Lunch, Cabo Beach Camel Ride, Mexican Buffet and Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Los Cabos?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Los Cabos?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
