Amazing Yokohama

Anya mada our first visit to Yokohama fantastic… she was able to meet all of our site requests and even offered to go over the end time to jam-pack all of the sites. She went out of her way to accommodate my gluten free and other dietary requirements which was really kind of her. We would highly recommend Anya showing you around Yokohama!

Response from the operator: Thanks so much for your kind words. We're overjoyed to hear you had such an outstanding experience. Can't wait to welcome you back for another

Perfectly organized day

Our tour was a wonderful introduction to Yokohama. Our guide, Mr. Hiroshi Kawano, was in contact with us prior to tour date and we planned our chosen itinerary together. The restaurant suggested for lunch was another perfect and unique taste of sashimi, sushi and more that we will remember forever! Food is a very big part of travel to different countries and our walk and tastings in the local market was perfect.

Response from the operator: It's fantastic to hear that you enjoyed your time in Yokohama and indulged in delicious sashimi and sushi. Your positive review warms our hearts. Many thanks to you!

Great tour with Hiroshi!

Hiroshi is an excellent guide and we truly enjoyed our tour with him. He even introduced us to the typical Japanese comfort food, Oyakodon which we love! We walked all over Yokohama and after the time we spent with Hiroshi, we really got to know Yokohama well. Hiroshi was very kind and went out of his way to help us find the foot pads we needed for Vilma so we are forever grateful for his help and kindness. We highly recommended this tour and Hiroshi to anyone who comes to Yokohama.

Response from the operator: We're thrilled to hear that you had such a wonderful experience with Hiroshi! His expertise and kindness made your tour memorable, and his introduction to Japanese comfort food added an extra special touch to your time in Yokohama. Thank you for recommending Hiroshi and this tour to others, and we're grateful for the opportunity to share Yokohama's charm with you.

Seeing Yokohama in a day.

Kenji did an amazing job showing us Yokohama. We walked and enjoyed the Cup of Noodle museum, even making our own personalized cup to take home with us. We had a lovely lunch picnic on a rooftop, visited Sankeien Gardens, saw the beautiful sunset from the port, took a subway and bus, walked 8 miles, and had a full day of sightseeing!

Yokohama Private Full-Day Tour - 100% Personalized & Private: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Yokohama.

How much does Yokohama Private Full-Day Tour - 100% Personalized & Private cost?

+

Prices start at $43 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Yokohama usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Yokohama Private Full-Day Tour - 100% Personalized & Private take?

+

Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Yokohama is not rushed.

Is Yokohama Private Full-Day Tour - 100% Personalized & Private worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 73 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Yokohama, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Yokohama Private Full-Day Tour - 100% Personalized & Private?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Yokohama Private Full-Day Tour - 100% Personalized & Private suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Yokohama Private Full-Day Tour - 100% Personalized & Private?

+

Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Yokohama can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Yokohama and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Yokohama Private Full-Day Tour - 100% Personalized & Private start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Yokohama within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Yokohama?

+

On Outty we rank every Yokohama experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Yokohama Ramen Adventure near Tokyo: From Factory to Home Cooking, Tokyo in 1 Day from Yokohama: Private Tour, Licensed Guide, Kamakura Customized Private Tour in 1 Day, Licensed Guide. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Yokohama?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Yokohama?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
