    Great tour in English

It was such a wonderful experience overall. I could not get tickets off the museum's website last minute and this tour really came through. It was probably a better deal to to through a English speaking tour guide, anyway. Tour guides Andy and Masa-san were attentive and patient. One small area for improvement would be having a separate waiting line for a tour group for MyCupNoodles experience instead waiting with the public waiting line. Having 2 tour guides definitely helped out in that situation as one guide waited in line while we went to go check out another area.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your review! We are glad you enjoyed our tour!!

    Really great tour guide

Masa was very sweet. They helped take photos along the way, hold our things so we could focus on the museum, and guide us through translations and the activities. I would 100% recommend him as your tour guide :)

Response from the operator: Thank you for your review! We are glad you enjoyed Masa's tour!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Best Tour Guides in Japan – Nori & Emi! If you’re visiting Japan and have the opportunity to tour the Cup Noodles Museum with Nori and Emi, don’t hesitate—book them! They were absolutely incredible. We actually arrived late, but instead of leaving, they patiently waited for us. As soon as we arrived, Nori was holding a sign that said “Gotcha!”, which immediately made us smile and made it easy to find our group. The museum was huge and extremely crowded, but Nori always kept her arm raised so we could easily spot her wherever we went. That simple gesture made a huge difference and showed how much she cared about making sure no one got lost. Emi stayed right by our side the entire time, making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Both Nori and Emi were kind, sweet, patient, and incredibly informative. They answered our questions, shared interesting facts, took wonderful photos for us, and made sure we experienced everything the museum had to offer—from exploring the exhibits to enjoying every part of the interactive experience. They didn’t just guide us through the museum—they made the entire experience unforgettable. Their energy, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel like VIP guests. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan, and it wouldn’t have been the same without them. If you’re coming to Japan and planning any tours, request Nori and Emi. They are, without a doubt, the best tour guides we’ve ever had. Highly, highly recommended!

Response from the operator: Thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed Nori and Emi's tour!

Yokohama: Guided Cup Noodles Museum Tour & Make Your Own Cup: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Yokohama.

How much does Yokohama: Guided Cup Noodles Museum Tour & Make Your Own Cup cost?

    +

Prices start at $63 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Yokohama usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Yokohama: Guided Cup Noodles Museum Tour & Make Your Own Cup take?

    +

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Yokohama is not rushed.

Is Yokohama: Guided Cup Noodles Museum Tour & Make Your Own Cup worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 81 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 41 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Yokohama, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Yokohama: Guided Cup Noodles Museum Tour & Make Your Own Cup?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Yokohama: Guided Cup Noodles Museum Tour & Make Your Own Cup suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Yokohama: Guided Cup Noodles Museum Tour & Make Your Own Cup?

    +

Around 14 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Yokohama can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Yokohama and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Yokohama: Guided Cup Noodles Museum Tour & Make Your Own Cup start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Yokohama within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Yokohama?

    +

On Outty we rank every Yokohama experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Tokyo in 1 Day from Yokohama: Private Tour, Licensed Guide, Yokohama Ramen Adventure near Tokyo: From Factory to Home Cooking, 【Tokyo】JDM Daikoku PA & Nissan Facility Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Yokohama?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Yokohama?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
