- If cancellation occurs 30 days prior to the start date of the tour, the cost of the tour will be rolled over into a credit that must be used within six months of the original tour date. Alternatively, we could refund 50% of the total tour cost back to the card. This credit can be used towards the cost of any tour offered by Nomad Unlimited Adventures. Amazing adventure
I have been to Yellowstone in the summer. But winter Yellowstone has a unique view different from the summer.

Booked this tour, then...
Booked this tour, then they said they have difficulty to arrange the snowcoach ride in West Yellowstone (which we found it is available in Jan 1). They persuaded us to upgrade to their private 5 day tour, and charged us directly (not through Viator). Although I am keeping asking they only send me itinerary the day before we travel. When we arrived (the day before the tour), we discussed with the tour guide adjusting the schedule to suit us better (without increasing cost for tour company). We have been SLC before, and would like to spend more time in Yellowstone NP; we can skip SLC tour, hot springs, aerospace museum, etc. The tour guide was temporary hired, cannot decide anything, and the company just ignore our request, insist they cannot change it due to the reservation of Elk Refuge Sleigh ride and Lava Hot Springs, which we later found out those are walk in based and no reservation made. We are very disappointed, especially after spend a lot for the trip, totally not worth it: - Wasted half day in Temper Square (Salt Lake Utah Temper in renovation); - Wasted half day in so-called highlight “World famous” Lava Hot Springs, they paid admission fee $8 for two person, even not paying for towel rental ($6 for two); - Went to Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge, which is not open, and nothing to see in winter; - In online itinerary, lunch is included, which is not; - Only highlights are one day snow coach ride in Yellowstone, two hours walk in Mammoth Hot Springs;

We would like to explain that the regular snow coach route was fully booked when you made your booking with us on Christmas Day. During the holiday season, your booking was last-minute, and we had to make adjustments to the route to accommodate your needs as soon as possible. This resulted in the regular 4-day trip being extended to a 5-day tour, and we informed you of this change. We suggested that you keep your current purchase through Viator and pay an additional charge to us directly. 2. Due to limitations on snow coaches and snowmobiles in Yellowstone National Park, the most availability was on 1/3. We explained that skipping the SLC tour and driving directly to the Mammoth Hot Springs of Yellowstone National Park on Day 1 would be detrimental to your experience and unsafe due to the long drive on Ice roads and lack of attractions. 3. In this adjusted itinerary, we increased the snow coach time in Yellowstone National Park, but we did not charge extra as providing a quality service is our priority. We regret that the express lunches were not provided as the tour did not go to the canyon. Your tour was going to the Old Faithfull. 4. Our regular Winter Yellowstone tour included an indicated lunch, which is for the guests, who are going on the Canyon Explorer of snow coach Tour, there is no café at Canyon, so all the guests must bring their own or order an express box lunch from the Snow Coach tour. (EXPRESS LUNCHES - Turkey, Ham or Vegetarian. Includes: Sandwich with Cheese, Lettuce & Pickles. Sides include Fresh Fruit, Chips, Cookies, and bottled Water.) Since this tour does not go to the canyon, we did not provide express lunches. 5. Please note that, due to the pandemic and safety policy, we would like to pay the admission fee for our guests to soak in the hot springs. We cannot rent towels or swimming suits for guests and we asked all the guests to bring their own. Once again, we apologize for not meeting your expectations and we will forward your review to our staff to improve our service in the future.

LOTS of fun
This was a very good tour which included LOTS of fun. A Yellowstone I had never seen before. I loved all the experiences in Winter, like snow coach, snowshoe, and hot springs. The tour was quiet flexible, and enjoyable.Our guide was excellent.He was very knowledgeable about Yellowstone, not only hiking trails, but also the animals.
