Great safari, Sumudu made it
Our guide Sumudu was very knowledgeable. We saw everything we were looking for and more. Did the evening and morning safaris...both good, but evening wins as we saw our first leopards and elephants.

Safari Tours Review I truly believe I lucked up and got the best safari guide in the whole entire world! I had the pleasure of having Darshana as my guide, and he was absolutely amazing. Because it was the dry season, it was very difficult to see many animals. There were a lot of safari trucks searching for the leopards and I could see them all heading in one direction. But Darshana decided to take a different route—and lo and behold, we found Jessica! 🐆 And she was pregnant! ❤️ I was able to get some incredible pictures, and Darshana even took some amazing pictures for me. He was determined to find animals for me to see. He did not stop, and he would not give up until we found something! Darshana was extremely knowledgeable. He could listen to the sounds around us and determine where the animals were. His dedication, patience, and knowledge made the entire experience unforgettable. I would 100% go on another safari with Darshana. If you are looking for an amazing safari guide, I highly recommend him! 🐆🦌🐘 Thank you, Darshana, for making my safari experience so special! ❤️

Not safari one would expect!
We had very different expectations regarding the safari, end up becoming disappointed because of only handful of animals we got to see... even deers, monkeys.
Response from the operator: This is a completely fake and fraudulent review. The reviewer never travelled with us and did not use any of our services. Their travel history claims that they visited Mirissa, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives on the same day, which is impossible and clearly indicates suspicious activity. This false review is seriously damaging our business and misleading genuine customers. We strongly request that you investigate this account immediately and permanently remove this fake review without delay.

A Nice Safari, But Fewer Animals Than Expected
We had a nice driver and a smooth pickup, but overall the afternoon safari was a little disappointing in terms of wildlife sightings. We saw several deer, a crocodile in the lake and some peacocks, and with a lot of luck, a leopard briefly appeared from the bushes. There were around 30 vehicles, as the driver had warned us, but luckily our Jeep was in a good position for the leopard sighting. At the end of the tour, we also saw an elephant. However, our best elephant sighting was actually on the way back, when an elephant and its baby crossed the road just outside the park. Overall, we had expected to see more animals, but the driver was friendly and the organization and pickup were completely hassle-free.

Came to Yala to see leopards and was not disappointed! Srimal was a brilliant guide — he was tracking by listening to birds and knew exactly where to take us. We saw not one but two leopards, the first at a watering hole in full view! Can’t beat that sighting, and pictures don’t do it justice.
