Great service
Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. We were picked up on time in a nice vehicle. I love that our guide was flexible and switched the order of the trips based on the weather to give us the best experience. The cave was really neat and a unique experience but I did crave a little more adventure and opportunity to be a more active participant. The Ruins were amazing but plan for a slower pace to absorb all the information the guides have to share. Would definitely recommend the tour company for good service and reliability.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with us. Indeed, Barton Creek Cave Canoeing is a slower paced tour; an educational experience, where you can indulge in the spectacular formations and learn about the Maya history of this cave, which once was a sacred ceremonial site.

Victor was the best guide we ever had! Such an amazing trip! We even saw a bunch of howler monkeys at the ruins.
