Amazing experience!!
We loved it! From walking under water with helmets, swimming with sharks, the underground cave swim, to the evening show!! Awesome!!

Nice trip. Wish there was an option for transportation to watch only half the night show.
Booked a family of 4 to Xcaret. Pick up at our hotel was early at 6:40 but smooth. The guide gave us our bracelet on the bus and talked about the optional paid activities. There’s wifi on the bus so that’s nice. Our guide Sandra spoke half English & half Spanish so that was nice. Our friend on a different bus said their guide spoke mostly Spanish so they didn’t know what’s going on. We bought the Plus package which came with buffet lunch and locker at the beginning of the river. Our kids loved the floating underground river & snorkeling. We even saw a sea turtle while snorkeling. We missed the 4pm bus because we were snorkeling (we didn’t even get to do the jungle part) back to Cancun so had to take the 9:40 one after the show, but it was just too late for our kids and we weren’t impressed with the show. Our kids both fell asleep during the show. All in all a great experience.
