Everything perfect, good coordination and very good care.

An excellent understanding of the Chilean wine industry is achieved in tandem with tasting the good quality of the wines.

Worst Local Tour Company ever

This is the worst tour I have ever been on, starting from the lack of proper communication on pick up at the hotel, with TripAdvisor telling me that the local tour company would email the specifics on pick up, including plan and time. When no email was received, I contacted TripAdvisor by phone and was given the option to cancel the tour due to the lack of communication by the local company. I then made other plans, only to have the tour bus arrive at my hotel. I was then told by the local company tour guide that the pick up information had been sent to me on WhatsApp. I do not use that app so did not receive the information. i was then told that if I canceled then I would be ineligible to receive a refund for the tour as the tour bus had already arrived to pick me up. I was given the phone to speak to the local tour company, who basically stated that they had done all that was required of them, that I would not be given a refund, and thet I should have a better attitude. As I was not going to receive a refund, I very reluctantly boarded the bus. The 3 wineries and tastings were only so-so, especially compared to the Chalaqua Valle wine tour I had taken a few days prior, which was excellent and all communication was done through email and went smoothly. The only wine tasting that day that was satisfactory was one I found and pad for at the lunch stop. This local tour company is very rude, unprofessional, and very much lacking in customer service. I will not be touring with them ever again and would discourage anyone from booking with them.

Response from the operator: Hello, I am sorry to hear to had a bad time in Chile, however I think you are confused as we are a separate agency. We don't have any bookings for you. All of our trips are private and personalized. Hopefully you can enjoy Chile during your next trip and reserve with Explore Chile Tours as we can assure a better experience. All the best.

How far in advance should I book Wine Tasting Tour to Casablanca Valley (Wine Region)?

+

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Santiago?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
