Fabulous - don't miss, especially if you are short on time or even if you're not.
Delightful half day! Our driver, Manuel, was professional, safe, welcoming, and entertaining. He was on time and at one point during the drive, we were talking so much, he missed his exit. No worries, it was an easy fix. The vineyard tour was interesting only because our guide there was personable, a great communicator, and knowledgeable. Lunch with the wine tasting was served in a private room with a fabulous view. The lunch was delicious and filling. The wine paired well with each course and dish. So much so that we would have bought more than the three bottles except that we needed to carry it with us on the train. We will be back because we felt as though we met some new friends!

A delicious time at the Quinta Santa Chistina
We had a delicious time at the Quinta Santa Chistina. We opted for a tasting of 3 wines and meals, while the children tasted 3 fruit juices (large variety of fruits). Our Guide, Sofia, let us visit the vineyards. Advantage of August, we were able to pick a few grains from the different varieties to taste. She then explained and showed us in the cellar, the process from picking to bottling. Then comes the time for a meal with tasting. Brand new room, air-conditioned, with incredible views of the valley. Hearty cold meal, composed of local specialties. We ate well and drank well. We left delighted, with a few bottles (Award are very affordable (5 to 8€ per bottle, excluding sparkling at 13.50€). Our children aged 6 and 8 also enjoyed this moment. Thanks Sofia. Thanks to the Quinta de Santa Christina. Thank you to our landlord for giving us this address.

Wonderful!
What a wonderful experience from start to finish! Transport was on time, friendly and the vehicle was clean. It was a beautiful drive from Porto to the Vineyard. Once you arrive at the property your are immediately greeted by the most beautiful panoramic views of the vineyard and the mountains. Our Gide was friendly, informative and overall wonderful! The wine is amazing, and the food was delicious! Highly recommend this experience for couples and groups!

Why this scores 56
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Wine Tasting & Lunch from Porto | Quinta de Santa Cristina: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Porto.
How much does Wine Tasting & Lunch from Porto | Quinta de Santa Cristina cost?
+
Prices start at $207 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Porto usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Wine Tasting & Lunch from Porto | Quinta de Santa Cristina take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Porto is not rushed.
Is Wine Tasting & Lunch from Porto | Quinta de Santa Cristina worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Porto, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Wine Tasting & Lunch from Porto | Quinta de Santa Cristina?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Wine Tasting & Lunch from Porto | Quinta de Santa Cristina suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Wine Tasting & Lunch from Porto | Quinta de Santa Cristina?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Porto can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Porto and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Wine Tasting & Lunch from Porto | Quinta de Santa Cristina start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Porto within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Porto?
+
On Outty we rank every Porto experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Unvanquished Tour in Porto City Center, Porto's #1 Walking Tour, Small Group Geres National Park Full Day with picnic from Porto. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Porto?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Porto?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
