I personally felt it was...
I personally felt it was very over priced for what I got, the Transport was comfortable and the safari driver and taxi Driver were good and very polite, but there was no guide or binocular provided. they provided snacks on way to and from park, but not on the rest in the safari, which all the people around me on other safaris were provided,
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re happy to hear that you found the transport comfortable and that both your safari and taxi drivers were polite and professional — we always aim to provide a safe and pleasant experience for our guests. We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of the tour didn’t meet your expectations, particularly the absence of a dedicated guide and binoculars. This particular tour is designed as a private jeep safari led by an experienced safari driver. While a naturalist guide and equipment like binoculars are not included in the standard package, we do offer them as optional upgrades upon request. Regarding the snacks during the safari, we truly understand your concern. However, for safety reasons, snacks or food are not allowed to be consumed inside the park during the drive, as it can attract wild animals, especially elephants. For full-day safaris, there is a designated safe area inside the park where lunch and refreshments can be enjoyed. Your feedback is valuable to us and helps us improve. We hope to welcome you again in the future for an even better experience. Warm regards, SigiriTrip Tours Team

+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Colombo, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

How far in advance should I book Wilpattu National Park Private Jeep Safari From Colombo & Negombo?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Colombo can sell out a month out. What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Colombo and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

+

What are the best things to do in Colombo?
+
On Outty we rank every Colombo experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Flexi dates on all 5 to 7 days packages for car and English speaking driver, Sri Lanka Personal Tour Driver in private vehicle, 08 Nights in Magical Sri Lanka. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Colombo?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Colombo?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
