We hired a car with a driver through this agency for our trip in Sri Lanka, and we couldn't have been happier. Shammi was a genuinely friendly guy whom we liked from the very first moment. He drove us for 9 days, was always on time, and even showed us some hidden gems we would never have found on our own. On top of that, he arranged a safari for us, including a driver, and took us to a local agency where we had the opportunity to snorkel with turtles. Wherever we went, he was always able to recommend a nice local restaurant yet he equally respected our own choices whenever we preferred to pick a place ourselves. We couldn’t recommend Nature Caves enough! Our guide David was an absolute gentleman. Friendly, polite and incredibly knowledgeable about local culture, history and the areas we visited. From insight knowledge on hotels, to little details like stopping off for fresh fruit so we could enjoy on our days excursion. David’s suggestions were always thoughtful and toward our interests, he honestly went above and beyond to help us make the most of our time in Sri Lanka. He was also extremely flexible with last-minute changes to our plans, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. The company itself is fantastic, whether you’re a traveller who knows exactly what you want to see or someone who prefers to have everything planned for you. They cater to both styles effortlessly, making the experience feel completely personalised. Uthsara made our Sri Lanka trip unforgettable
We toured Sri Lanka with Uthsara Buwanajith as our driver and couldn't have asked for better. He was always attentive to what we wanted, flexible with our plans, and genuinely cared about our comfort every day. Best Experience
We booked our private driver and tour guide directly through Nature Caves, and the experience far exceeded anything we could have imagined. From the very first message, the communication and organization were exceptional, and the service Ryan (Rumesh)—our driver and now friend—provided made our trip truly unforgettable. Nature Caves built a customized itinerary based on our interests, handled every detail, and Ryan worked with us throughout the journey to make adjustments whenever needed. It felt completely personalized. His connections, local knowledge, and thoughtful suggestions elevated our trip far beyond what we could have planned on our own. Whether it was securing tickets, getting us upgrades, saving us money, or finding incredible places to eat, everything was seamless and stress-free. Ryan constantly went above and beyond—using his connections, surprising us with King coconuts, red bananas, roadside curd with treacle, and so many other treats he was excited to share as part of teaching us about Sri Lanka. We saw leopards in Yala, hung out of the blue train over the Nine Arches Bridge, enjoyed delicious Sri Lankan cuisine, and learned so much about the country’s culture and history. Sri Lanka is stunning, and having a private driver/guide is absolutely the best way to experience as much as possible. We are incredibly grateful for every moment and cannot recommend Nature Caves and Ryan highly enough. We will definitely return—and we already know who we’ll be booking with when we do.
