We booked with Headout, but the supposed guide service and local assistance was provided by KrakowDirect. We paid more than on the official website of the mines for a terrible service. If it weren't for the help of the mine staff and other guides, we wouldn't have entered. Imagine having to call these people because no one is at the meeting point on time. Finally, a guy arrives thanks to the phone assistance of an official guide. He asks you to take a photo of his phone, where the tickets are. He does not give them to you, neither physically nor digitally. He does not help you because he does not speak your language, even though you supposedly booked in Spanish. He does not accompany you to the entrance line, where we had the problem with that screenshot of the tickets. Fortunately, another guide helped us to communicate with the girl there. As mentioned, we entered by miracle and not precisely because of the service provided by these people. Moreover, the website is misleading, because you think you enter as a group but you actually enter as an individual, with the official guide in the language that was booked. In summary, we paid a significant difference for a local assistance service that did not take place, and honestly, we could have saved ourselves the disappointment it caused us, as well as the extra cost. If you go to the mines, I recommend that you buy on the official website. Getting there by train is very, very easy, fast, and cheap.
