Along the tourist route you will have a chance to visit around 20 gorgeous chambers, see saline lakes, tools and machines used for the process of mining and works of art: dozens of exquisite sculptures and bas-reliefs carved in salt - human hands' creations. Thanks to the guidance provided by licenced Salt Mine's guides you will learn about the history of the mine and lives of many generations of miners and their principle of hard work. There are 800 steps to walk down (350 of them will take you to reach the depth of 135 metres underground, the steps are wide and there are handrails) and at the end of the tour the lift brings you back up.
