Saltmines
The pick-up from our hotel was well organised. A taxi collected us and transferred us to the coach, and the coach journey itself was comfortable and enjoyable. The Salt Mines were impressive and well worth visiting. However, there were a few aspects of the tour that could have been improved. The audio equipment was crackly, which made it difficult to hear the guide at times. She also spoke quite quickly, meaning we sometimes struggled to follow what she was saying. I personally felt that the tour guide could have been more inclusive of the whole group. Some of the older members of the group found it difficult to keep up with her pace, and there seemed to be little opportunity for everyone to take their time. The group was also too large, which made it difficult to stop and properly appreciate certain areas of interest. The guide often moved on quite quickly, leaving us feeling that we hadn't had enough time to look around and fully enjoy the experience. Overall, the Salt Mines were impressive, and the transport arrangements were good, but the tour would have been much better with clearer audio equipment, a more measured pace, a more inclusive approach, and a smaller group to allow everyone to enjoy the experience fully.

All good in the hood
Lukasz was the highlight making it very positive and warming. Please remember you may have to pay for the ticket into the mine. Trip is broken up well with lots of toilet breaks and places to eat. Atmosphere is very nice! The guide inside the mine will make it efficient and entertaining. We had Samanta who was awesome. Can be crowded and tight in places. If you're bigger person, there fair bit of walking. But I made it so you should be alright.

Lucas was an excellent transfer guide and made us feel very welcome in the group. He gave good information about the mines and about Krakow in general. Samantha was a brilliant guide in the mines. Would recommend this trip as the whole process was easy, enjoyable and affordable.
