What you'll see and do
Warwick Castle
Rising imposingly above the River Avon, this world-famous castle can trace its history back more than 1,100 years. Home of the Earls of Warwick, at one point the most powerful noble family in England, the castle has served as a fortification, stately home and even a prison for royalty. Warwick Castle’s long, bloody history is steeped in tales of treachery, conquest, murder, mystery and intrigue; the events that took place behind its walls are intertwined with the fabric of English history, and every stone in this ancient castle has a story to tell. Historical figures and events feature throughout the history of this magnificent castle, including William the Conqueror, The English Civil War, Edward IV and the War of the Roses. Travel through time and bring the history of Warwick Castle to life at the Time Tower, explore the lavish State Rooms and wander through its immaculately maintained gardens, including the Victorian Rose Garden and Peacock Garden. As you traverse its ancient walls and ramparts, be sure to visit the original dungeon of the castle at Caesar’s Tower, where you can still see the graffiti left behind by prisoners hundreds of years ago. Experience one of the many living history displays on offer, from live jousting and archery to birds of prey displays. Learn all about this and more on this fantastic tour to one of England’s best-loved and most historic castles.

All beautiful pity about driving
On the 1st of January 2025 my wife and I took the tour to Warwick Castle, Stratford and Oxford, arrived in Warwick I asked the guide named Pablo if he could speak English more slowly as I have difficulty understanding it if you speak quickly. In response the guide in an unhelpful and arrogant way, replied that I am visiting an English-speaking country and therefore it was my problem and I should not have booked the tour. My wife and I travel often, but until now we had never been treated like this by a guide, in fact they always did everything possible to make us comfortable. Despite our complaints, his attitude has not changed and we have not received a word of apology. We were also the only ones who didn’t have the QR code scanned to give feedback on the tour, probably because they already knew ours would be negative. I conclude that the sites visited were beautiful, shame about the behavior of the guide.
Response from the operator: Caro ospite, Grazie per la recensione. Ci dispiace per questa esperienza, non è all'altezza dei nostri standard. Inviaci un'e-mail all'indirizzo reservations@evanevanstours.co.uk. così possiamo indagare ulteriormente. Cordiali saluti Evan Evans Team

Great for the grandkids.
The shows were fantastic. We loved the birds of prey and the dramatic ending with all the birds. The trick riding in the War of the Roses was exciting. The battle to save the castle was fun.

Why this scores 48
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Warwick Castle Including Return Train Tickets from London: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for London.
How much does Warwick Castle Including Return Train Tickets from London cost?
+
Prices start at $74 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in London usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Warwick Castle Including Return Train Tickets from London take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in London is not rushed.
Is Warwick Castle Including Return Train Tickets from London worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 48 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in London, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Warwick Castle Including Return Train Tickets from London?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Warwick Castle Including Return Train Tickets from London suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Warwick Castle Including Return Train Tickets from London?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in London can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in London and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Warwick Castle Including Return Train Tickets from London start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central London within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in London?
+
London's best attractions split cleanly: the museums are free and need no booking, so the paid market is about views, theatre and getting out of the city for a day. That makes value scoring unusually important here, and the Outty Ranking penalises anything charging premium prices for access you could get for nothing. On Outty we rank every London experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Soho Music & Historic Pubs Tour, London Small Group Tour of Historical Pubs, The Great British Rock and Roll Walking Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit London?
+
May to September for long evenings, December for the Christmas markets. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in London?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
