Save your time and money
It is a very beautiful venue but for the price, the travel to get there, the “tour” and the wines were not worth it.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry the experience did not meet your expectations, although we’re glad you found the vineyard and its surroundings beautiful. As detailed in the listing, the experience includes round-trip transportation from San Miguel de Allende, a guided vineyard tour, and the wine tasting described at the time of booking. All of these services were provided during your visit. Since the vineyard is located outside the city, travel time is part of the itinerary and is reflected in the overall experience. We understand that preferences in wine and perceptions of value can vary from person to person. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to provide clear information so every guest can choose the experience that best matches their expectations.

Pleasantly surprised
Leo was our very friendly driver who also showed us points of interest along the way. “Stephanie” was our tour guide and was very friendly and informative. We were the only people there because it’s by appt only. The wine was very good and we’ve been to many wineries in California and the wines were comparable to CA wines. The only negative is that we couldn’t try other wines other than the ones they gave us. Because of that they might have missed some more sales.

The most beautiful vineyard I have ever seen
It was the most beautiful vineyard I’ve ever seen, and everything was set up perfectly. If I may make one comment, however, it is that when the wine tastings are done and Stephanie (?) has given the information and is waiting for you to taste, she plays on her phone. I find that a little unprofessional other than that top-notch experience.

How much does Vineyard, tour, tasting and fun in San Miguel de Allende cost?

How long does Vineyard, tour, tasting and fun in San Miguel de Allende take?
+

Is Vineyard, tour, tasting and fun in San Miguel de Allende worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 75 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 106 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in San Miguel de Allende, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Vineyard, tour, tasting and fun in San Miguel de Allende?

Is Vineyard, tour, tasting and fun in San Miguel de Allende suitable for kids and families?
+

How far in advance should I book Vineyard, tour, tasting and fun in San Miguel de Allende?
+
Around 37 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in San Miguel de Allende can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in San Miguel de Allende and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

+

What are the best things to do in San Miguel de Allende?
+
On Outty we rank every San Miguel de Allende experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Tacos and Tequila Walking Tour with Taste of Miguel, Half Day Excursion - Horseback Riding Adventure in SMA, Historical and Cultural Walking Tour of San Miguel de Allende. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit San Miguel de Allende?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in San Miguel de Allende?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
