Great experience !!!
We had a really great experience! They picked us up right from our hotel which made everything super convenient.The ride was air conditioned and the guides were friendly and the theme park was great,lots of rides and fun activities .I definitely recommend this service to others.

Don’t waste your money.
Although Vialand was good, this service is not. Firstly, they were unable to collect us from our hotel and I had to pay €40 extra for a transfer that was late and went via old town to collect other people which took an hour extra time. The previous day, I had been told pick up from Vialand was at 1700. When the driver told me 1800, I queried this and was told it had changed. Then, once we arrived at Vialand, we were told the new pick up time was 1600. Most confusing! By the way, we also did not receive any tips about the park so it was not helpful. Save your money- get an uber and buy your tickets there or online. That’s what I wish I had done.

As your hotel was located outside our standard pickup area, the additional €40 was charged for a private round-trip transfer between your hotel and our shared transfer meeting point. The journey through the Old Town was part of the shared transfer route to collect other guests. Regarding the return time, because you had a flight and needed to return earlier, the 16:00 pickup was arranged according to your request. We apologize if the changes were not communicated clearly enough. We are also sorry that you did not receive sufficient information or helpful tips about Vialand. We will improve our communication to ensure future guests receive clearer transfer details and park guidance in advance.

The tour to Vialand was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation. Having the tickets and transfers included meant we didn’t have to worry about anything just pure enjoyment! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The transfer was on time, the bus was clean and comfortable, and the guide was very helpful.
