Beautiful trip
Bit of a nightmare with the pick up arrangement with this one plus original trip cancelled due to bad weather so obtaining correct ticket hard work too no Turtles’s due to weather day before but exceptionally beautiful trip nevertheless
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your review and for highlighting how beautiful you found the trip despite the bumps along the way! We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the pickup arrangements and the rescheduling process. While safety always comes first when weather forces a cancellation, we completely understand that getting your updated ticket and pickup sorted should have been much smoother. We are addressing this with our operations team to ensure better communication following weather disruptions.

We enjoyed the day
Slightly chaotic but that seems to be the norm here 😆 i cant argue that it isnt a glass bottom boat as there is a small piece of glass down in the hull, just wasn't quite what we were expecting. But over all we had a great day! We were looking forward to getting some education on the turtles as the advert describes, but unfortunately we didnt get this. But we did see a turtle and enjoyed all parts of the trip. I would recommend booking through the shop when you arrive, we booked through trip advisor and, after talking to other families on the trip, realised we paid 3x more than everyone else. John was in touch with me to make sure we were picked up and comfortable wich was perfect. The boat crew were all lovely and friendly. Also very impressed with the bus driver who was calm and skillful in such a chaotic environment.
Response from the operator: Hello Emma, We're so happy to read your review and learn that you had such a great day with us! Thank you for the shout-outs to John, the crew, and our talented bus driver—they really are the heart of our team, and it means a lot to us that you noticed their hard work. We hear you on the "slightly chaotic" vibe; that's just Zakynthos living up to its lively reputation! We also appreciate your honest feedback on the glass-bottom boat. While the viewing panel is designed to let you see directly below the hull, we understand it might not be what everyone envisions, and we'll take your suggestion to heart to better describe this feature in the future. I am truly sorry to hear that we missed the mark on the educational part of the tour. Providing information about the beautiful turtles and their habitat is a very important part of what we do, and we apologize that this was not a part of your experience. We will be speaking with our guides to make sure this is never overlooked again. Lastly, thank you for the feedback on the booking price. It's a great point, and it's true that third-party booking sites sometimes add extra fees. The best way to ensure you're getting the local price is to book directly with us. Thanks again for your review. We hope you'll come back and see us again the next time you're in Zakynthos!

Turtlely excellent:)
A little poorly organised, we wanted collecting but only found out last minute that was not possible even after many times asking, once advised the details were given in full and were ok. There are no real cool or shaded waiting areas at the port, you hv to walk up the hill to the restaurant. The trip was great, we saw a turtle. Sea swimming was good, but be warned you get left in turtle island, the boat pulls off the beach, no facilities on the island no shade no seats. The bost has no shower food or drink. The boat was very stable. Comfortable and had some shade
Response from the operator: **Dear Sijo,** Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us! 🐢 We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the turtle spotting and sea swimming — and that you got to see a turtle up close! That’s always a magical moment. We truly appreciate your honest feedback about the organization and facilities. We're sorry to hear about the confusion regarding pickup and the lack of shaded areas at the port and Turtle Island. Your comments are very helpful, and we’re already looking into ways to improve communication and better prepare our guests for what to expect, especially regarding amenities and conditions on the island. We’re glad you found the boat comfortable and stable, and we hope the beauty of Zakynthos made the adventure worthwhile. We’d love to welcome you back in the future with an even smoother experience! Warm regards, **[Jae Academy]**
