Amazing Day
Another AMAZING experience with The Yacht Experience. They always provide exceptional service, delicious food and plentiful drinks. Captain Daniel, Hostess Isa, Tour Guide Ricky and Chef Simon were pure perfection all day long. We appreciate them and the special day we shared with them. Thank you!!!

Wonderful private cruise
We had a wonderful time with just my wife and I! We had Santi, Oscar, Raul and Victor. They were all amazing. Santi was very kind and helpful, Oscar was a wonderful driver and very friendly, Raul made the most amazing food we had all week, and Victor was so nice and led snorkeling by the reef and knew exactly where to go and was very courteous. I couldn’t recommend this crew more!

Booking Office lacks good customer service
Have rented the boats multiple times. Always have frustrations with how the office arranges things and this trip was no exception. We booked to go out and do shake sharks. Arrived at 6:30 for our 7 am departure. Had to wait 30 min being eaten alive by mosquitos until they would allow us to pass to the boat. We had tried for days to pay the balance due but every link they sent did not work. Even when we arrived they sent 3 more links. Ended up having to use the staffs phone to pay balance and they would not let us pass to boat or move to an area that we were not being attacked by mosquitos until they made sure they had all their money. They charge you to use a credit card and then the platform charges a commission on top. So you end up paying 8.5% in commission fees which is ridiculous plus they charge you for “Maintenance” to the boat which is another crazy charge of 645 usd but my friends really wanted to go on the 51’ yacht so we bit the billet and paid. Then we finally leave only to go about 15 min out and then stop and wait for over an hour for the whale shark boat to arrive because that’s how the office booked it. We emphasized that this was a whale shark trip and sitting watching every other boat speed by us to get to the sharks just put us behind everyone else was extremely frustrating and why did we leave our house at 4:45 am to sit around for an 1 1/2 hours ? The staff on the boat is really lovely which is why we booked with them again. But for the prices that they are charging you would think they would treat their clients better. The other smaller boat that took us out to the whale sharks would have been there earlier had the office had coordinated better. I would have given 5 stars had we didn’t have to wait 1 1/2 hours as the staff is really lovely and we had a great time

Second time and can’t wait to come back.
This was our second time with this company. We had the same boat and same captain as the first time two years ago. The food is excellent. The service is top tier. While the afternoon is a little spendy, it’s certainly worth it. This has become the part of our family trips we look forward to the most.
