Adventure
A few things could have made this experience 5 stars. Communication prior to and with pickup was not great (gave us incorrect pickup info, then 40mins late, but did immediately answer our WhatsApp so that was encouraging). Main road off the highway to get there itself was like a bonus ride- about 20 mins on a very rough road lol. We rode the atvs along the same main dirt road which was quite bumpy & adventurous still. The atvs had some issues but the staff worked hard to fix along the route. The main zip line is not for the faint of heart as u hiked up a massive tower with some pretty rickety steps and railings along the way. But the view and the length of the line itself was pretty cool. The cenote was beautiful and much more involved and educational than we expected. Our guide was Rafael and he was wonderful, knowledgeable and reassuring. Did not love all the vendors at each stop pressuring you to look and buy add on things. Definitely an adventure for this Midwest family.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful review! We’re really happy to hear that you had an adventurous and memorable experience, and that Rafael made such a positive impact — we’ll be sure to share your kind words with him. We truly appreciate your honest feedback regarding communication and pickup timing. We understand how important clear and accurate information is, and we will be reviewing this internally to improve coordination and avoid confusion. We also take note of your comments about the road conditions, ATVs, and certain parts of the zip line access. As this is a jungle-based adventure, some rugged elements are part of the experience, but your feedback helps us continue improving safety, maintenance, and how we set expectations. Regarding the vendors, we understand how that can feel overwhelming, and we’ll also share this with the team to better manage the overall guest experience. We’re very glad you enjoyed the cenote and found it both beautiful and educational — it’s definitely one of the highlights. Thank you again for your feedback and for embracing the adventure with us! We hope to welcome you back in the future

Worth the price!
Really great and fun. Came for my friends birthday. She loved it. Zip lining was fun! What a hike to the top for a 2 mins zip down to the caves 😅 Thanks to our guide Chris! Super helpful
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for celebrating such a special occasion with us! We’re truly happy to hear your friend had a great birthday and that you both had fun during the experience. We know the hike can be a bit of a workout 😅 but we’re glad the zip line made it worth it! We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to Chris — he’ll be very happy to hear this. We hope to welcome you again for another adventure soon!

Half Day Zip Line Adventure
We had an amazing half-day adventure in Tulum that included zip lines, ATVs, and a refreshing cenote dive, every part of it was unforgettable. We also took part in a Mayan ceremony (non-religious) where we learned about the history and cultural traditions of the Maya, which added a really meaningful and educational touch to the experience. The entire crew was extremely attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable from start to finish. A special shout-out to our guide, Julio, who was absolutely excellent. He took great care of us, explained everything clearly, made sure we were safe, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. This tour was well organized, fun, and enriching all at once. I would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum, and we will definitely be coming back again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for this incredible 5-star review! 🌟 We’re truly happy to know your half-day adventure in Tulum was unforgettable and that you enjoyed every part of it — from the zip lines and ATVs to the refreshing cenote. It means a lot to us that the Mayan ceremony added a meaningful and educational touch to your experience, as sharing culture and history is something we value deeply. Your kind words about our crew are greatly appreciated, and we’ll be sure to pass your special shout-out to Julio — he will be proud to know he helped make your day so memorable. Thank you for recommending us so highly. It would be an absolute pleasure to welcome you back again on your next visit to Tulum!

Fun day in the Mayan Jungle
Rafael was our tour guide and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and funny and made our day trip that much better. Pick up and drop off were easy. The ATV ride was bumpy but fun! Ziplines were a step away from my comfort zone but they made you feel safe. The Mayan ceremony was educational and interesting. I’m happy I was able to participate. The dip in the cenote was the perfect finish to a great day. Definitely recommend this activity for couples/families/friends!
Response from the operator: Your recommendation means a lot to us! We’re thrilled to hear that Rafael made your experience memorable. We’re also glad you enjoyed all the activities. Thank you so much for your 5-star review and we hope to welcome you again soon for another unforgettable adventure!

The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Tulum ATV, Ziplines, Cenote Swim & Mayan Lunch | Small Group: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tulum.
How much does Tulum ATV, Ziplines, Cenote Swim & Mayan Lunch | Small Group cost?
+
Prices start at $110 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tulum usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Tulum ATV, Ziplines, Cenote Swim & Mayan Lunch | Small Group take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tulum is not rushed.
Is Tulum ATV, Ziplines, Cenote Swim & Mayan Lunch | Small Group worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 65 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 186 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tulum, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Tulum ATV, Ziplines, Cenote Swim & Mayan Lunch | Small Group?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Tulum ATV, Ziplines, Cenote Swim & Mayan Lunch | Small Group suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Tulum ATV, Ziplines, Cenote Swim & Mayan Lunch | Small Group?
+
Around 65 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tulum can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tulum and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Tulum ATV, Ziplines, Cenote Swim & Mayan Lunch | Small Group start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tulum within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tulum?
+
On Outty we rank every Tulum experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Tulum Ruins, Turtles in Akumal and Cenote tour, Tulum Guided Tour, Magical Cenote, Lagoon Snorkeling and Beachside Lunch, Chichén Itzá, Cenote and Valladolid with Lunch and transportation. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tulum?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tulum?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
