poor experience, Dont recommend
Not at all Happy with the itinerary. Its impossible to cover all the spots in one day. We wanted to cover lempuyang without fail and requested the team and Driver if we can change the sequence. The driver assigned to us was Dee. Right from the start he was not flexible and kept talking abt how the tour was only for 10 hrs and he would charge us extra for any additional hours. The driving time to Lempuyang was 3 hrs and there was no way you can return in 45 mins on the way back as mentioned jn the itinerary and hence we insisted to go to Lempuyang first and then do the rest. They dont mention the waiting time for each of the spots in the itinerary and the information is misleading. At Lempuyang itself you need 2 to 3 hrs waiting time. Waterfall we skipped due to lack of time. I ended up raising my concern with the viator team and they agreed not to charge extra. overall it was not a pleasant experience with the driver. For the hefty price paid, we expected atleast peace of mind. If possible, hire a driver and plan your own itinerary at your own pace.

This route is planned for a very specific reason based on our years of experience: to avoid the very long queue at Lempuyang Temple (Heaven Gate) in the morning, which can be 2-3 hours waiting time, and to ensure all destinations can be comfortably visited in daylight in one day. Upon your request on the tour day, you asked to change the itinerary and start from Lempuyang Temple first, reversing the entire route. Our guide respectfully explained at that time that this new route would result in significant waiting time in the queue at Lempuyang in the morning, and that due to limited daylight, some places from the original itinerary might not be able to be visited after sunset. We fully followed your requested itinerary as you instructed, after informing you of the consequences very clearly. Our guide also continued to remind you about the tour duration throughout the day due to the new route you requested, always with your comfort and safety in mind. We always aim to give our guests flexibility, but we also have the responsibility to inform you about the local situation - traffic, temple queues, and sunset time - which we know better from operating this tour daily. We are sorry that the result of the requested change did not meet your expectations. We have taken note of your feedback to improve how we communicate these important details in the future. Yantu was amazing!
This experience was amazing and a full day of exploration! Our tour guide Yantu was incredible! He was patient and very informative throughout the whole tour. He even made a special stop for us to visit rhe Kopi Luwak coffee plantation. He bought us waters and paid for restroom and parking fees along the way. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! This tour is worth the hustle,Guide tried his level best to guide around and also gave information about bali and surrounding cities, understood a lot about bali.Indian people beware that it's not allowed to go inside temple to pray,only photos and outside temple allowed.Everything is good.

A lovely days drive
