    Our best Bali Tour!!

I absolutely 100% loved this tour! I have travelled to Bali with my parents & wanted to do something to experience the Bali culture so this was our pick & we are so glad we done it. Everything about the tour was perfect, our guide was Gusti & we had no others with us so we had Gusti all to ourselves. He collected us from our accommodation, drove us to the temple, took us on a guided tour, he was easy to understand & fun to get along with & kept us safe from the monkeys. He seated us for the Kecak dance show, we were given a bottle of water which was great while we were waiting in the heat. He waited for us at the end of the show & then drove us to our dinner destination as we chose the dinner inclusive option. The only thing to be aware of is that if you are wanting the beach seafood dinner it is about an hour drive from the temple which we were unaware of & were not keen to do, it would have been an even longer drive after dinner back to our accommodation. Luckily Gusti offered us a second option for dinner which was a one minute drive from the temple & then a short drive back to our accommodation afterwards. We ate in a lovely restaurant & the food was absolutely amazing, beautiful Balinese food, nothing to complain about there, we were very happy!! Overall this was an excellent night out and well worth it

    My driver and guide,...

My driver and guide, Gusti, was absolutely amazing when it came to this experience. Punctual with timing and considerate with the information he gave me, he went above and beyond teaching me the history of the temple, finding me the best place for the dance and was incredibly flexible with the dinner options to choose from. He even managed to get back a phone that was stolen from a monkey at the temple! He was amazing and really helped drive the entire experience.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your fantastic review. We love to hear how much you enjoyed your time with Gusti. It's a pleasure to know that he helped you learn about the temple's history, found the best spot for the Kecak dance, and adapted to your dinner preferences.  Our team always strives to provide the best service. Thank you for choosing Eco Bali Tours, and we hope to welcome you back for another memorable journey.

    Good experience

Driver(Jacky) taking care of us always. And because of private tour, we could arrange schedule timing more freely. Seat for kecak dance was reserved at very top and it makes better feeling because of wind blow and not feel hot.

    Well spent evening in Uluwatu

I had a great time on this tour with Naya. He is an excellent guide; friendly, knowledgeable, patient, attentive and of course very energetic. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable, from visiting the beautiful Uluwatu Temple to watching the stunning sunset while experiencing the traditional Kecak Dance. And a special mention for Naya’s photography skills. He knew exactly where to take pics for the best views and captured some beautiful memories. I also really enjoyed the seafood dinner. The food was delicious and was a perfect way to finish such a wonderful evening.

Response from the operator: Please allow us to say thank you for this amazing review. We're delighted to hear that you had a memorable experience with Naya. It's fantastic to know that his friendly, energetic, and attentive service made your trip smooth and enjoyable, especially during your visit to Uluwatu Temple for the sunset and Kecak Dance performance. Naya will be thrilled to hear your special mention of his photography skills in capturing the best views and beautiful memories. We're also glad you enjoyed the delicious seafood dinner to end your evening. We would love to assist you again in the near future.

Private Uluwatu Sunset Tour with Kecak Dance and Dinner: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Ubud.

How much does Private Uluwatu Sunset Tour with Kecak Dance and Dinner cost?

    +

Prices start at $10 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Ubud usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Private Uluwatu Sunset Tour with Kecak Dance and Dinner take?

    +

Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Ubud is not rushed.

Is Private Uluwatu Sunset Tour with Kecak Dance and Dinner worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 92 out of 100, which we label "90+ Club". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 4,335 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Ubud, and how flexible the cancellation terms are. Scoring 90 or above puts it in the Outty 90+ Club, the top tier of everything we rank.

Can I cancel or reschedule Private Uluwatu Sunset Tour with Kecak Dance and Dinner?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Private Uluwatu Sunset Tour with Kecak Dance and Dinner suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Private Uluwatu Sunset Tour with Kecak Dance and Dinner?

    +

Around 1,517 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Ubud can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Ubud and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Private Uluwatu Sunset Tour with Kecak Dance and Dinner start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Ubud within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Ubud?

    +

On Outty we rank every Ubud experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Mount Batur Jeep Adventure, Best of Ubud Full-Day Tour with Jungle Swing, Full-Day Tour to Water Temples and UNESCO Rice Terraces in Bali. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Ubud?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Ubud?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
